Ayman is a great person and a great host as well. Always there, responsive and helpful. He even offered his car for free for a ride around the city. Highly recommended for a long or short stay.

Great host with a very cozy and clean place. Very walkable neighborhood with lots to do as well. Definitely recommend if going with a family.

Alhumdullilha, we had a most enjoyable 10-day stay at the apartment arranged by Ayman. Nice, secure family environment with access to a pool, I appreciated the level of in house security, it meant that we had more of a freedom to travel at any time of the day, waste management was most efficient, the apartment was easy to clean as it was sufficiently minimalist in decor, it was convenient that we were never too far from general convenience so it was a great location within view of the seafront, we got cool breezes in the evening, the modest sized kitchens helped for our purposes, all in all it was a great experience...

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Terrasse ist wunderschön mit dem Blick auf das Schwarze Meer. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Wir haben uns wie zur Familie zugehörig gefühlt, denn die Eltern von Feyza sind sehr lieb und hilfsbereit!

Celal was a great host. He accommodated my last minute stay and personally welcomed me in the late night after 10PM. The electric heater warmed the room nicely, which was a huge plus. Located directly across the street from the beach, you can easily enjoy the northern coast. Recommend.

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

Ev gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Sahipleri her zaman ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Konaklamamızın 2. gününde herhangi bir ihtiyacımızın olup, olmadığını teyit ettiler. Temiz saç ve banyo havlusu, tuvalet kağıdı ve rulo havlu, bulaşık deterjanı mevcuttu. Bu yüzden çok fazla alışveriş yapma ihtiyacı hissetmedik. Evin balkonu yoktu ancak ortak katta bulunan özel alan çok keyifliydi. Akşam serinliğinde orada oturup, çay içmenizi tavsiye ederim. Biz rüzgara denk geldiğimiz için denizde biraz üşüdük ama değdi. Denizi temizdi ama biraz yosun vardı ilerledikçe cam gibi bir su sizi karşılıyordu. Çok dalga olmadığı için de büyük küçük keyifle yüzebildik. Ayrıca plaj için iki şezlong ve bir şemsiye imkanı sağlanması çok güzeldi. Bir kaç misafir verilen kartları kendileriyle götürdüğü için ev sahiplerini zor durumda bırakmış. Lütfen böyle davranmayın. Yine de şezlong ve şemsiye konusunda asla bir sıkıntı çekmedik. Mağdur olmamamız için uğraşıldı. Her şey için teşekkürler. Tekrar konaklamayı çok isteriz :)

Название полностью соответствует реальности. Я и правда чувствовала себя, как дома. Мне было уютно и комфортно. Нихат очень гостепремный. Все чётко) много рекомендаций, которые были очень полезны. Если буду в Стамбуле, то обязательно вернусь сюда!
