The apartment is very nice, spacious and comfortable, just like the photos, accessible since it is on the ground floor, very good communication with the host.

Mr. Carlos' apartment is very cozy. Our arrival was not anticipated, however they helped us quickly with the check-in. We received the place very clean and tidy and everything worked perfectly. The person providing support in the building was also very kind with the additional requirements. Definitely a 100% recommended place and the host is totally friendly, helpful and courteous. Fantastic place to stay! Host Ronni was very helpful and accommodating. He helped us book all our tours, served us breakfast, and let us store our luggage after checkout. His place was modern, clean, private, and worth the price. Highly recommend it if you want to stay in downtown Mindo (vs in a place deeper in the jungle).

Of the various places I have stayed, Adelina's place tops the list. In every sense of the word, it is a perfect space, because every detail is carefully thought out: the sheets, the towels, the duvets, everything smells good and is clean. There is no corner that does not have a reason for being, such as the shelf so that the modem cables are aesthetic, the ornaments that combine perfectly, the elegant lamp; also, the kitchen has the necessary resources, the air conditioning is functional, the dining room for six people, etc. In addition, it is just two blocks from the beach and in front there are rich and cheap places to eat (one of them is delicious, the one before the corner; we did not try the others). There are even more benefits, such as Adelina's flexibility to let us book for that same time (in June, before the high season) and others that I can't put here. Definitely a totally recommended place. We'll be back! :)

The apartment has everything you need to enjoy a quiet vacation, the common areas are excellent, everything is kept in excellent condition.
