This newly renovated penthouse with elevator is located in the center of Salamanca, a five-minute walk to the main square and twenty minutes to the train station. It has all the amenities on the same avenue; supermarkets, fruit shop, butcher shop and pharmacies, cafes, and bars with terrace. Enjoy the cathedral view from the balcony in this penthouse. It has central heating and air conditioning. Also Netflix and free WiFi.

The house is located on a fenced farm. It overlooks a lake, a pine forest and the Serra da Estrela, in a natural setting of great beauty. It has the right amenities for a few quiet days, with air-conditioning and electric heating, a refrigerator, a microwave, a small induction stove, an electric coffee maker, a blender, a gas grill and another charcoal grill outside, and a coffee machine (Delta capsules).

Relax Container

The Relax Container, the only existing house in the property, is an isolated comfortable home completely surrounded by nature, and a small creek passing by, where you can relax and regenerate yourself, away from the stress of the cities. In the same space, there´s a hot tub you can enjoy (private and not shared) and only available for the house guests (extra fee applies).
