Historical Vintage Villa Within a Mountain and Castle

Rediscover mid-century modern aesthetics at this vintage inspired home. The residence features warm woods, contrasting textures and motifs, light hues, a floating staircase, a minimalist interior design approach, and rooftop views from the balcony to the castle and mountains. Located in the old town, nearby the church of Saint John, you will find the area quiet and silent, all you need to spend some relaxing days. Casa do Adro offers all the amenities of a new modern house, but with the retro/vintage touch and comfort. On the ground floor we have a fully vintage style equipped kitchen with dish washer, laundry, living room and service toilet. There is a big table where 8 people can comfortably sit for dinner, and where we daily serve breakfast with Regional fruit, home made jams, juice and locally bread. The living room offers a nice flat TV and sofa. You can go through 100 international channels, or simply rest or read a book, inside or outside on the terrace. The first floor has two rooms, both with double bed. The bathroom is shared between the two rooms and each room offers air conditioning and splendid views over the mountains and the castle of Porto de Mós. Guests will have access to the whole house. I have limited availability, even though I am reachable 24 hours on the phone and email. Whenever I can, and if my guests feel like, I enjoy a good chat and get to know people. Sharing experiences makes part of the Airbnb concept. The Villa do Adro is located in the historical area of ​​Porto de Mós village. Guests can easily walk to places of interest such as Porto de Mós Castle, the town hall square, and the Serra de Aire and Candeeiros Natural Parks with great trails, caves and views. Parking is always available by the house. The walk to the Village takes 5 mins, and from there you can take buses to the main attractions (Nazaré, Leiria, Fátima, Batalha, etc). We will get in touch with the guests to arrange the check in.

Alviela Refuge

Your family will stay in a central space close to the entire commercial area in the village of Amiais de Baixo. When you stay at this space, you are 1 km from the Alviela River Spring Beach. 15 meters from the various caves located in the Serra de Aire and Candeiros, and the Rio Maior saltworks. 25 minutes from Fátima, 45 minutes from the beaches (Nazaré, São Martinho do Porto, Foz do Arelho, Baleal, Peniche and Consolação). 10 minutes from the A1 and A23 interchange. It is a space where you can rest for a few days, as it has all the amenities (it has a patio with a small garden, a well-equipped kitchen and two very quiet bedrooms, as well as air conditioning in all rooms). It is also the ideal home if you are just looking for a retreat in the middle of a long trip, as it allows you to leave your car safely in the indoor garage, while enjoying the peace of home.
