It is very close to the center, in a residential area of Esquel, very quiet and very close to all the tourist attractions of the city. You can park your car on the street. This area is very safe. It has gas heating, an equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, a toaster, a TV, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator.
