We offer the rental of our family residence, which was fully renovated in 2023. Our house is ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the town center and the port of Audierne; a 15-minute walk from the lovely Capucins beach; a 5-minute drive from the large Trescadec beach and the pier for the island of Sein, as well as supermarkets (Leclerc, Biocoop), a gas station, and a medical center. The famous Pointe du Raz and Baie des Trépassés are waiting for you just 20 minutes away.

Escale des Capucins – view of the port of Audierne

Former home of a local captain, located above the Audierne harbor, unobstructed views of the boats and the mouth of the "Goyen" estuary. The house was built in 1892, restored in 1993/94, last renovations in 2016 and 2020/23 In the summer months of July and August, heating is not included in the rent, but can be used if necessary. In the other months, gas consumption for heating up to €60/week is included in the rent.

This charming old bakery offers 17 beds and is perfect for accommodating several families with children. Although some interior fittings remain to be finalized, it offers a friendly and functional space.
