We loved the home and everything about it! It was just as described and in a calm, peaceful neighborhood. Great parking out front and easy access to get inside! The home has everything we needed with very comfortable bedding and furniture!

I was very pleased with Dion's place. Nice and clean, with everything you'd need for a short stay! Check-in and communication were also easy and painless.

I came and stayed here for 3 days. My best friend and I came to stay here for our SZA and Kendrick concert in DC. Not only we had a great time at the concert. The place was the perfect place to unwind. Also I really appreciate the things that were provided for us. Will definitely book with this place again.

The location is ideal! It’s a quiet , safe and very walkable neighborhood. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is well equipped for anything you might need. Very close to the waterfront, great restaurants and of course Camden Fields. We loved staying here.

Staying at Daniel & James’ place was an absolute delight from start to finish. The impeccably designed space is thoughtfully laid out, intentionally decorated, and organized. Every detail reflected their intentionality, making it welcoming: spotless, serene, and a perfect home base for our long weekend. We had a rough time getting there due to some street closures, but Daniel was a literal lifesaver. From the moment we reached out, he was responsive, patient, and genuinely eager to help. Between helping us navigate hiccups and our many questions along the way, we always felt supported and cared for. That level of attentiveness sets the tone for a fantastic stay. One of the many highlights was our interactions with the paw-sitively adorable Celine, who was so sweet, friendly, and clearly the unofficial welcome committee. Frankly, she nailed it!! Our group has already decided on our next visit to DC, we'd like to stay here again. Hang on, Celine, we're bringing treats!

We rented this place for my parents 50th anniversary. The place was amazing and fit 5 families comfortably. The house had everything you could have imagined that you needed and then more. The place was off the beaten path and exactly what we were looking for. It was peaceful and quiet. The amenities including life preservers, kayaks, and paddle boards was awesome. We enjoyed a fire every night. I highly recommend this place!

We loved staying here with two dogs, a lab and a golden retriever. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We would highly recommend this house.

What an amazing experience! This house truly felt like a home. You wouldn't know that it was an Airbnb. It felt like we were staying at a friend's house. The owners were extremely gracious. My wife and I were there for almost two weeks with my elderly parents. I can honestly say that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to making this an annual trip back home to MD. Our stay at Justin’s Hot Tub Haven in Annapolis, was exactly that…a haven with a much enjoyed hot tub! Justin was exceedingly responsive, proactive, and flexible. The home is very well appointed with all the necessities, plus all the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a doggie waste station, and bath robes to name a few. Our children loved the downstairs space (and secretly the adults were thrilled they had it too), and it felt to them like they had their own little apartment. The backyard felt like a small resort. We loved the quick walk to shops and the our boys loved the nearby basketball courts and baseball fields. We highly recommend this home and will stay here again!

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

Incredible, serene home with thoughtful design and furnishings. Our family loved the house, which served as a great space to gather over meals, games and stories. The deck on two sides of the house, with great seating, provided a gentle welcome to the nature around with harbor views in the distance. As seasoned Eastern Shore folks, this was an introduction to Rock Hall, which we really enjoyed, especially the refuge. Fabulous hosts! The place was perfect. We attended a music festival and Christina was so kind to offer up chairs, blankets, coolers, etc. Phenomenal hosts!!! Would recommend to anyone... and will.

Celia was one of the most accommodating hosts that I have encountered. She allowed an early check-in and late checkout. She had apples, bananas and nuts for snacks in addition to coffee beans and even a couple of containers of milk, so I didn’t have to run out for coffee. The space is in a historic house in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. It was quiet and there was a nice, private porch outback, which was a great spot for reading. The neighborhood itself is lovely with well maintained yards. A Metro station is about 1/2 mile away which allows easy access to all parts of DC. We were so happy with the accommodations, so I highly recommended Celia’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-designed, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The self check-in with a simple access code was super convenient and made everything easy from the start. The location is amazing — close to all the main tourist spots in Washington, DC. We were just minutes away from the National Mall, museums, monuments, and great places to eat. It was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Fast Wi-Fi, comfy beds, and a quiet, safe neighborhood made the whole experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC and would love to stay again!

The condo was pristine and so beautiful! The hosts were on top of all communication and flexible with us having two toddlers during our stay. It was an easy walk to Main Street and was equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

My husband and I came for the Nationals vs Cubs series and the location couldn’t have been better! The house was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Israel was incredibly responsive and helpful, always quick to answer any questions and made check in and check out smooth and hassle free! You can really tell he cares about his guests’ experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay!
