The apartment, as well as the building and its facilities, very modern, clean and organized. Everything in the apartment is beautiful, very tasteful and functional. I and my sister loved the elegant, clean and minimalist but very stylish decoration. I would just like to suggest that the microwave is at a more affordable time, because, especially for me who am short, using the device has become very complicated. In addition, although the building is new, with modern design and very current structure, the bathrooms are devoid of sanitary shower, which is common in all other properties that we have seen in Itapema. Other than that, we really liked the apartment. The administrator Tiago, who kept in touch with us the most, was always attentive. I want to thank him for all kindness and promptness in meeting our demands.

Otimo apartment, with the great location, pleasant, beautiful apartment with very beautiful decoration. No defects. Point to improve: Tv from the couple's bedroom was not working but in everything else perfect. Apartamento had basic items such as: liquid soap in the bathrooms, detergent, toilet paper. the accommodation was exactly like the photos, we had a setback with the check in but the host Aline was very helpful and quickly resolved it, the environment is beautiful, well decorated and the condominium offers structure, what bothered us in just one night of stay was the noise from the avenue in front, but nothing that devalues the experience in total.
