Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in EUR, Rome

Superbe appartement situé à deux pas de la mer. L'appartement est impeccable, propre, bien équipé et très agréable à vivre. La seule chose à considérer est que les rideaux des chambres ne sont pas opaques, ce qui peut laisser entrer la lumière tôt le matin. Mais autrement, tout était parfait! Federica a été très polie, réactive et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Nous recommandons sans hésiter! ******** Beautiful apartment just steps from the sea. The space is spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The only thing to keep in mind is that the bedroom curtains are not blackout, so the rooms can get bright early in the morning. Otherwise, everything was perfect! Federica was polite, quick to respond, and always available for any questions. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great place to stay in Fiumucino! On a quiet back street but minutes from all river front restaurants. Hosts are very responsive and were great to work with when our flights changed. Hosts have reasonable airport transpertation avalable. The space is small but we'll arranged and squeaky clean. A nice bakery closeby was great for warm breakfast pastries. We stumbled accross town of Fiumucino last year when train strike caused us to travel a day earlier. Much nicer to stay in this closeby town instead of airport hotel!

What a fabulous stay we had at Camilla’s place, one of the best we’ve had. She was super helpful about a flexible check in and very responsive to all our questions. The place was exactly as described and had everything we needed and much more than we expected. The kitchen was very well equipped including a dishwasher. WiFi was excellent and local recommendations delightful. Nice ten minute walk to metro station and beautiful shaded patio area for evening drinks and dinner. Our stay was excellent in all respects and we cannot fault anything about the property. Would love to go back and totally recommended.

Sehr persönliche und freundliche Übergabe mit Tipps und Anregungen. Die Lage war großartig alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen. Wenn wir nach Rom kommen hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen

I traveled with my family, and this was the perfect place for us to rest, and enjoy the city, short walk to downtown, and very close to a bus stop if you wanted to get anywhere in Rome, quiet neighborhood but still very close to a supermarket, bar, bakery and everything you needed

El alojamiento está muy limpio, cama muy cómoda muy tranquilo, algo lejos de la playa , pero cercano al aeropuerto en taxi unos 12 minutos, David muy amable y servicial, buena comunicación y organización

Gorgeous apartment and the balcony in the evenings was perfect after a day of exploring. With our 3 children it was in perfect walking distance of parks, playgrounds and the Colloseum. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Valentina was really helpful and communicative before, during and after our stay. Thank you SO much for the amazing hospitality!!

Viaggio da anni e ho avuto modo di soggiornare in tantissimi hotel e Airbnb in tutto il mondo… ma posso dire, senza alcun dubbio, che questo alloggio è stato uno dei migliori in assoluto. Fin dal primo momento, il check-in è stato impeccabile: ci è stato spiegato tutto nel dettaglio, sia sull’alloggio che su cosa fare a Roma. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. L’appartamento? Semplicemente perfetto. Curato in ogni minimo dettaglio, con ogni comfort immaginabile. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato cibo, vino, acqua, birra… e poi una macchina del caffè fantastica, kit di benvenuto con salviettine struccanti, lamette, vanity bag… davvero tutto ciò che si possa desiderare, e anche di più! Il letto era enorme e comodissimo, l’ambiente pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Davvero, meriterebbe 6 stelle su 5. Potrei continuare a scrivere per ore, perché è stato tutto perfetto.

Esperienza molto positiva: l'appartamento è davvero bello e completo di ogni accessorio e comfort per un soggiorno anche prolungato. Unico nostro errore è l'aver deciso di cenare fuori casa, quando sul terrazzo avremmo potuto godere di una bellissima vista del tramonto sul mare. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la gentilezza e la disponibilità degli host. Super :)

Un très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Emilio. Emilio est très sympathique et réactif. Pour notre petit séjour à Rome, nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans l'appartement. Le logement est très propre et correspond parfaitement à la description. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Emilio.

Christiana’s penthouse apartment is amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. The views of the Coloseum and skyline are amazing, particularly the sunsets. Christiana is super communicative throughout. One of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. She kindly provided snacks, coffee and tea, a bottle of prosecco… I highly recommend Christiana’s penthouse.

Great place to stay in Rome. Well connected by public transport to the center of the city (metro, bus and tranvia). It is located in an area with a lot of restaurants where you can have a local culinary experience. Mario was an outstanding host providing useful information and very attentive to our stay there. Highly recommended.

From booking Diana’s place to her arranging our taxi back to the airport her communications with us were prompt & thorough. Someone I felt we could rely on if anything had gone wrong (but it didn’t). We were checked in by her housekeeper Luciana who does a great job for her. We’ve stayed in a few Airbnb’s now but I would give this a 6/5 for cleanliness if I could. Great AC which was needed as so HOT when we visited. Bed was comfy which is sometimes an issue for me as my back can niggle. A beautiful apartment lovingly designed by Diana with interesting decorations which didn’t make it feel cluttered- they were tasteful. Loads of storage space if you were having a long visit. The balcony was a comfortable outdoor space & my husband enjoyed sitting out there. Visited a few of Diana’s recommendations & they were excellent. We can’t wait to go back!

La host è stata estremamente disponibile fin dal primo momento, pronta a rispondere con gentilezza e rapidità a tutte le nostre domande. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con calore, facendoci sentire subito a casa. L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato e curato nei minimi dettagli, esattamente come da descrizione e foto. Consiglio assolutamente di soggiornare qui: non solo per la qualità dell’alloggio, ma soprattutto per la cordialità e la disponibilità della host. Grazie ancora per aver reso il nostro soggiorno così piacevole e sereno.

The apartment is wonderfully located - lovely area and well within walking distance of the main sights. The terrace is delightful - especially for early morning coffee and late afternoon sundowners!

Me hospedé en este apartamento durante mi visita a Roma y la experiencia fue excelente. La ubicación es inmejorable, con todo lo que necesitas a pocos pasos: restaurantes, supermercados, transporte público y muchos puntos turísticos. El barrio es seguro, bonito y muy bien conectado. El apartamento es acogedor, limpio y muy bien equipado, ideal tanto para estancias cortas como largas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. Destaco especialmente la atención de la anfitriona, que fue increíblemente amable, siempre disponible para ayudar y con muy buenas recomendaciones locales. Se nota que realmente se preocupa por que tu estadía sea perfecta. ¡Definitivamente volvería y lo recomiendo al 100%!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Francescas Airbnb sehr genossen! Sie ist eine ganz fabelhafte Gastgeberin, wir konnten uns mit allen Fragen bezüglich der wunderschönen Stadt Rom an sie wenden und sie ist auf wirklich zuvorkommende Art auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich mit großem Balkon, die Dusche ist nicht allzu hoch (vielleicht 1,85m) und das Bad und die Küche sind im allgemeinen recht klein. Es fehlt aber an nichts und zum Essen gehen hat man sowieso die beste Stadt vor der Haustür. 🫶🏼 🇮🇹

Прекрасное место для отдыха, хозяин отзывчивый, помогал со всеми вопросами и отвечал на них практически сразу До конца не был уверен, что все будет так, как на фотографиях, но я сильно ошибался, ведь вживую все было даже лучше Единственные минус - это то, что дом находится в 30 минутах езды от центра города , а такси в риме стоит довольно таки недешево

Our first night back in Italy was spent in Roberto's apartment. The view was great and it was within walking distance to the local pubs and restaurants. Frascati is a beautiful little city and we wished we had more time to explore! I would recommend staying at this cute home!
