Solvang Fjord view Hillside Home & Private Garden

Solvang means "sunny meadow" in Norwegian a name earned by its location on the hillside, where the sun tracks east to west across the property for most of the day. The plot itself is about 1,800 m² of private terrain, so there's room to spread out, whether that's the garden, the forest edge, or just a quiet corner with a view. The house has three floors, though only the main floor is part of this rental. If you need a freezer space for groceries or the day's catch, there's one available in the basement for guests to use. A short path leads straight down to the water, making this a good base if you're into canoeing, kayaking or finishing, and there are several walking trails nearby for those who'd rather explore on foot. In the foothills of the Ore Mountains, not far from Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for shared moments, tranquility, and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. A generous common area awaits you with views of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026), and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an extra fee).

The wooden terrace welcomes you with its whirlpool jacuzzi.
