We had an exceptional stay in the Château des Boulard, we were able to enjoy the walk in the estate (which contains some nice surprises) as well as the pool. The spaces are very well appointed and the hosts welcomed us extremely well, Annie serves as a wonderful breakfast with local/homemade products. The room was very clean and tied. We would highly recommend this place. Thank you Annie and Bruno for the welcome!

The chateau of Marie Joelle is very beautiful and offers a great stay. It is located in between fields with horses and cows roaming around. Comfy beds, big rooms and an EXQUISITE breakfast. Recommend any time! Thanks a lot!

This was my second time staying, but with my husband this time. Dominique was very friendly and remembered me from a visit two years ago. She brought us a beautifully presented breakfast on a tray in the morning, even though we had, unfortunately, to leave early for a tunnel crossing. The shower was also spacious with a good hot water pressure. Even in November the flower pots in front of the big window looked lovely, with trees in the outlook, which I particularly like.

Maria and her family are very friendly, welcoming and considerate. I booked a room and had the whole apartment to myself, with breakfast in the morning. A great place that I recommend. The family also runs a restaurant where I had a very good dinner.

Short but pleasant stay, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation including for a baby. Constance was very welcoming and responsive, the instructions are clear about check-in. We recommend the breakfast and table d 'hôtes as well.

It was our pleasure to stay at Nathalie's place. The place was in line (or even better) with the listing, both beautiful and pleasant. Nathalie was responsive, very accommodating and always smiling throughout the preparation as well as during our stay. If we come back nearby, we will come back to the same place!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay with Fabienne. She is the most gracious host. We speak zero French, but somehow we were able to communicate just fine. She is friendly, helpful, and a delight. And the breakfast!! Pure heaven! I also got the best sleep I’ve had in months here. Quiet, dark, comfortable. Windows can open for a crisp breeze. Shutter provided for o block out light. She has thought of everything. We highly recommend this place.

Sarah and Christophe are great hosts, very welcoming and helpful. The room is well equipped and there is a lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy the amazing views. The location is spectacular!

Quiet and peaceful location, the room and sanitary facilities are clean as described, and Vittoria and her spouse are caring, I recommend it.

Laura’s home in an idyllic setting was just 20 minutes from the centre of Chartres: an ideal stopping-off point to or from the Channel Ports. We recommend asking for Laura’s table d’hôtes, which was perfect after a long day’s driving. We shared the meal with four other guests that evening, which was good fun! Our room was beautifully appointed, and very quiet.
