The cabin is located on one farmyard, with the possibility of animals close by. Sheep and llama are in the pasture from about June 20 to about Oct 1. The cabin has a terrace with outdoor furniture. Possibilities for renting a barbecue, canoe, SUP and rowboat upon agreement. There is a short way to Harstad/Narvik Evenes airport, 13 km. To the center of Evenskär it is 3 km.

Evenes Airp. Northern lights on the way to Lofoten

New cottage from 2014 just 10 km from Evenes Airport. The cabin is located halfway (260 km each way) between Tromsø and Å on the mainland of Lofoten. The cottage has a simple and good standard with most amenities one expects to find in a regular home. The cottage has lovely views towards Tjeldsundet in the north and has midnight sun from late May to mid July. In the dark part of the year there are good conditions for admiring the Northern Lights.
