About your host

I’m the owner of The Farm at Dover Vineyards, a local food and wine company based in Concord, NC. I studied farming and winemaking at NCSU and in France, New Zealand, and Australia. I have worked in restaurants and studied cooking for years. My family has grown its own food and eaten it for generations and I hope to share this passion and skill.

What we’ll do

You will prepare a multi-course dinner using food grown in the farm and food from other local farmers. You will have 2 glasses of wine to enjoy during the night. Please alert me to any food allergies.
