In this interactive experience we will learn together to prepare a delicious Peruvian ceviche, its ingredients, processes, sauces and a pisco sour to toast together for one of the most emblematic and delicious Peruvian dishes. I will teach you the techniques and secrets that I have been able to learn over the years and although I am in my house in Peru, you will have the opportunity to prepare two of the most exquisite Peruvian recipes and with the supplies you have in your country to adapt and that you can do it yourself at home.
