What you'll do
We will start by introducing ourselves. I will explain some specifics of bobsledding, and the course of the session.
Then, we will train on a specific bobsleigh exercise, which all the teams repeat many times, especially before the descents.
The next 30 minutes will be spent on high intensity training suitable for bobsledding. Bring a bottle of water and a sports outfit!
To recover, we will discuss my career as a top sportsman who brought me to the Olympic Games twice. You can ask me any questions you want about training, competitions, the Olympic Games, the Olympic village, athlete's life, nutrition, whatever comes to mind on the start line of the Olympic Games , ...
We will be able to discuss how to reach its objectives, and what lessons to learn from my experiences.
I will also share my best memories, the most beautiful anecdotes of my athletic life and the Olympic Games, and explain the details of a descent to you.

I participated in the Olympic Games in Sochi 2014 and PyeongChang 2018 with the French bobsled team.
I have always done a lot of sports. Before bobsleigh, I practiced rugby and athletics. I discovered bobsleigh in 2006, and quickly made my first competitions with the France Junior team. I then climbed the ladder to the World Cup, the World Championships, and finally the Olympic Games.
My journey is full of great moments, such as World Cup and European Cup podiums, and more difficult moments, such as injuries and poor performance. I had to face many trials to end my career on fireworks at the PyeongChang Olympics.
