What you'll do
You will learn how to maximize your oxygen intake through a specific set of breathing techniques while in the comfort of your home.
First we will go through the history of my Olympic journey as a runner who focused on extreme levels of fitness. As a cornerstone of my training, I isolated valuable deep breathing techniques which we will review.
Second, we will get in the proper position to maximize oxygen intake and we will review the exact movements required as an introduction to the actual exercises.
Third, we will begin the breathing techniques as I guide your focus with each breath.
Then, I will open the class for questions. Many guests will be quite relaxed at the conclusion of the final breathing technique and often will prefer to remain quiet, but feel free to ask anything still left on your mind.

As captain of Stanford University's track team and the USA National Champion in the 800 Meter race, I took my diet and lifestyle very seriously. I attribute making it all the way to the Olympic Games to a very clean diet, strenuous high altitude training, and deep breathing techniques. Every day, these breathing sessions helped me recover, get more focused, and maximize my lung capacity. I am sharing exactly what breathing techniques made me an Olympian, in hopes for you to use it as a daily skill for life empowerment. Whether you run or not, oxygen is free, and it is the number one element to endurance activities. Since the CDC announced that Covid-19 attacks lungs and creates shortness of breath, there has never been a better time to focus on preventative lung care.
