What you'll do

Cheers! We will start Omakase style with drinking Seasonal drinks.

Then we will briefly introduce a few facts about sake and Japanese-food.
The drinks we will prepare are unique and cannot be found in many other places. Our seasonal drinks include unique sake and beer as well.

The wagyu which we using is the soft quality and the good balance of marbling making its rich flavor. The fat is sweet and the combination with the sizzling scent makes "WAGYU" known as the taste of art. The balance of fat and lean is said to be the best among the WAGYU.

Furthermore, as you know Wagyu is not the thing for just red meat to eat so we will prepare and provide various part of WAGYU.

In the end, we will enjoy the world-class taste of Japanese Food and the mixture of sake. Let us enjoy the feast with all our 5 senses.

I, the chef have cooked Wagyu over 3 generations. I have knowledge towards Wagyu and know the best sake and ingredients matching the Wagyu. I am always desperate in finding ways to get the best taste out of Wagyu.

Where you'll be

"The event is held at “Oshiage” in the eastern part of Tokyo. Filled with the houses remaining from the Edo era and the modern buildings such as the “Tokyo Skytree”, it is a place where you can experience both the old and new “Japanese style” at the same time.
The venue is next to a restaurant that we also hold, which has many traditional ""Japanese crafts “ built by craftsman. We will guarantee to meet your expectations so feel free to come a

This was a great experience! The hosts were very kind and gracious, and we felt very welcome. They served several different cuts of wagyu, each with a distinct sake to pair with. They did a great job explaining everything to us...I feel like my knowledge of sake and wagyu has increased drastically just as a consequence of being there.

The dinner was a great experience. Exactly as describe, we had many courses of delicious beef accompanied by matching sakes. It was great to have such an up close view of everything being prepared. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to try Japanese beef.

The Saki and Wagyu dinner pairing with Tei was absolutely incredible. First Tei explained the different types of Sake and how they are made, with tasters of course! Then the cooking started. It was amazing to watch Tei cook right in front of us. His passion and skill in cooking presents itself as an artform. My GF and I could not get over how good everything smelled. Then the dishes started to come out and never seemed to end. Eat plate was unique and delicious! Plus, each one came paired with sake, which was a treat in itself. If you are coming to Japan, you have to experience this dinner!
