What you'll do
We'll meet at Town House, in the heart of East London, to view the building and learn about some of its previous occupants, including silk weavers and furriers. Enjoy a curated, candlelit dinner as you taste food that explores the influences of the area from the 18th century onward - from the legacy of French Huguenot settlers to oysters fresh from London's Billingsgate market.

Where you'll be
The building is almost 300 years old and I'll give you glimpses into the working kitchen as well as the gallery, originally built as a surgeon's operating room. The dining room is filled with art and antiques - plenty to look at and discuss with your fellow guests.
