We enjoyed our stay at February Point. We have lived in the area for years and were pleased to see what the community was actually like. The clear blue ocean waters were the most beautiful view. Love love love Exuma can’t wait to get back!

My friends and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Ingrid’s beautiful Airbnb in Georgetown, Exuma over the weekend, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we could tell we had chosen the perfect place. Ingrid’s home was not only spotlessly clean, but also fully equipped with everything we could possibly need — it honestly felt like a home away from home and so peaceful. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location could not have been more perfect. We were just minutes from the airport, which made arriving and departing incredibly convenient, and we were right near the Regatta site, which was a huge plus since we spent a lot of time there enjoying the festivities. Being so close to everything made our weekend stress-free and allowed us to make the most out of every moment.

This place was the perfect spot for our family. I wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

Amazing time – best beach vacation ever! The house had everything we needed and was spotless, located right in front of a stunning beach. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Exuma is truly a paradise! We loved the breathtaking view from the balcony. The location was perfect—close to a supermarket and ideally situated in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore both sides. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back soon.

White Hibiscus is absolutely gorgeous. The view are breathtaking! You can see the ocean from almost every room of the house. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and decorated beautifully. The pool is in the front yard and the ocean is in the backyard. Lenka has rafts, kayaks, life jackets, snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach towels. We also rented a car from her, which was so convenient. Lenka has everything you need to have a great stay on the island. Lenka was an incredible host! Even before we booked, she answered my questions about the house and island. Before our trip she sent me restaurant, activity/excursion and beach recommendations. She helped me plan our days which was so helpful ! She checked in daily to see if we needed anything and answered so quickly when we had a question. Lenka goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have a wonderful stay. We loved our family vacation here and hope to go back again! Thank you, Lenka!!!

The Kite House was everything Stephen said it was. Beautiful home off the grid. Power and water worked great. Water at kitchen sink was fantastic! Island lost power one day due to a wreck, but this house never lost power. Wifi works great as well. Stephen was always very helpful and responded promptly when we had any questions. Cocoplum Beach is also gorgeous! The entire island is a must see! We stayed June 3-10. Weather and water was amazing! Truly at least 50 shades of blue and so clear when in it.

We rented both the Sun and Moon side for two families. Everything was exactly as pictured and described. The collection of extras were fantastic, from beach chairs to the full sized cooler, everything made being away from home easy. The attention to detail was fantastic, I've never once before been to a vacation rental with sharp knives. Every knife in both sides was sharp and ready to use. The pool was better that the pictures do justice, especially at night when the lights came on. The fully lit Basketball court was a great perk for some night games. Seron was very prompt with all messages and gave us a fantastic recommendation for a boat captain for a Staniel Cay adventure which was almost $500 cheaper than most advertised rates. The location is central where you can get to places on both ends of the island easily. If using a rental car, pay the extra money and get something off-road capable. Most beach access and roads to the villa are sporty.

Tricia's home was so beautiful and was the perfect spot to call home for the week. The location is ideal with a pool and beach both a short walk away. Having the restaurant onsite was so ideal. The unit was tastefully renovated and had everything we could have asked for. From comfortable beds and linens, to a coffee machine and air fryer, and even had a travel crib and highchair for our baby. Prior and during our stay, Tricia was so responsive and proactively reached out to ensure we had everything we needed and got to the unit okay. We cannot say thank you enough to Tricia for sharing her slice of paradise with us! This was our forth trip to the Bahamas and easily one of the best airbnb's we have stayed at. We are already looking at returning and would happily stay here again!

Our stay at Alastacias and Shenekas place was absolutely perfect! The rental was spotless, comfortable, and in a great location. The beach was really beautiful with literally nobody else there. Both ladies went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, offering great recommendations and thoughtful hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at Queen of Harts, and it is the perfect spot. We love the privacy and proximity to the water! Great place for a lowkey relaxing island getaway!

Enjoyed our stay at Glenroy’s place in Exuma. Very responsive and helpful. A rental car is a necessity since the location is a 15min drive from town and the Airbnb is in a secluded area

Can't say enough about Kelly and Josh! Very responsive and sent out a maintenance person next day for a minor issue. Don't be fooled by only having one review. My wife and I originally found them on VRBO for the same property with plenty of reviews but booked on Airbnb as I have an established account here. Short 4-5 minute walk to one of the most stunning beaches in Exuma, Tropic of Cancer. Very short drive to Pretty Molly and Forbes Hill Beach, oasis like beaches with stunning rock formations on the sides. Would definatley book again!! Thanks Kelly

10/10 island life! Our stay at Bowe Cay was nothing short of spectacular. A perfect family escape to unwind and reconnect. The island is just the right blend of comfort and untouched natural beauty—completely private, peaceful, and surrounded by stunning waters. The main house and bungalows were spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities like air conditioning, hot showers, and Wifi all while maintaining a cozy island feel. Ryan was fantastic to communicate with before our trip. Always quick to respond and incredibly helpful with all our questions. One of the highlights of our experience was Sam, our boat driver and guide. He was warm, welcoming, and full of local knowledge that made our time on the island even more special. He helped us get oriented, pointed out the best spots to explore, and made the boat rides feel like part of the adventure. Having access to the kayaks made island exploring even more fantastic! Thanks for hosting us Ryan, can't wait to come back!

Gary was a very hospitable and friendly host. The unit was exactly as described. The lane from the main road to the rental could use some work but this is not Gary's responsibility. The area was very private and well kept. There was an outside hose that we could use to rinse off beach sand and salt water. Very nice deck with a couple of chairs. Heat pump in the unit was very good at cooling down the lower level however, the loft bedroom took a bit longer to reach a comfortable temp. The kitchen is small but very functional. Lots of water pressure and hot water. We only had the large front (garage style) door opened once due to the wind but I can imagine that the large screened opening would be great on evenings with just a little breeze. A very short walk to a beautiful beach. We were there the last of March (2025) and the first week in April and it was a bit windy with high surf while we were there but you can't control the weather. We had the beach to ourselves for the most part.

Stayed at Trevor's place for a week and it was a wonderful experience! Everything was new, clean, and not only was the area absolutely gorgeous, so was the place! The beaches in exuma are a need to see but one could even stay just at the Airbnb with the small private beach. One of our favorite parts was the bathroom having two shower heads! Hands down would love to stay there again! Hosts were very accommodating.

We stayed at Katie's place for 8 days. Katie was a very responsive host, who was available to contact should we have needed anything. Check in was a breeze, and once we arrived, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described and in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. We could see the ocean from the deck, and having our morning coffee there was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. We were in walking distance of Tropic of Cancer beach, which was just great for a late afternoon walk. There are two great restaurants, Santana's & Tropic Breeze a short drive from the house. We loved being at the far end of the island, and although it's farther from groceries, we didn't find this an issue. It's a great trade-off for a quieter area. There are also a couple great smaller stores close by if we needed beer or water, or other small items. We had an amazing trip and were very happy with our stay!

Our stay was very nice. Just an FYI The house in the pics is blue, but it is painted yellow now. We loved the location. The pool was nice to have! We rented snorkel gear, Elvis's boat one day and took a half day excursion to see the pigs, iguanas, and the blue hole to snorkel. Very nice! Elvis is a big help on anything you need or info for things to do. The beach at Tropic of Cancer was wonderful. Grab a bite at Tropical Breeze near there! Enjoy!

We were so thrilled to find this lovely property on Hoopers Bay. The home was perfect for our family of four. It would be hard to beat the location and we enjoyed all the amenities Sand Nickels offered including the snorkeling gear, kayaks and paddleboard. We were close enough to several marinas where we booked a boat for 3 days on the water. Everyone on the island was so friendly. We cannot wait to come back!

This place was amazing..that view never gets old!..beautiful wrap around porch with hummingbirds to boot..house was very clean and the hosts were very helpful..even assisted me with getting a rental car. They reached out more than once before my arrival to make sure I had everything I needed..highly recommend!

This was our third trip to the island, and by far, the best stay we've had! Cat was incredibly responsive and provided great insights. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The king-size bed was a treat and we loved watching the hermit crabs and lizards roam around daily. The beach was peaceful and private, perfect for relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking and snorkeling, both of which were fantastic. Power outages were minimal (to be expected on the island), and while water pressure on cisterns can be a bit low, it's nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, we had a perfect week in our favorite place and would highly recommend this property!

Jeff and Laurie's Villa is in a fantastic location! Perfect for exploring to either end of the Island. So close to February Point, The Rusty Anchor restaurant which is a really great spot for a delicious meal and drinks. We loved the convenience of zipping into George Town for groceries, beer, ice and anything else we needed. The views from this Villa are so pretty. Thanks Jeff for responding to all our messages super fast!

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Exuma! From the moment I arrived, the host was warm and pleasant, making check-in smooth and welcoming. The house itself was spotless, and the breathtaking views were even better than the pictures. I especially appreciated how homely and comfortable the space felt. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway.

Absolutely amazing! Sea the view beach house is by far the best. Sandra is so kind and generous. The Villa was stocked with more than we could ever of asked for. Lots of floaties, lounge chairs, beach chairs, kayaks, stand up board and so on. It was a fantastic spot for pure peace and quiet. The view everyday was crazy beautiful. The Exuma blue colours of the water kept changing throughout the day, you will never get tired of it. Gorgeous!! The beach we pretty much had to ourselves and floating in the water everyday was a dream. Sandra told us to relax and enjoy, don't worry about anything. Sea the view beach villa is top notch and so is Sandra. She is a fantastic host! Our group of 4 was so impressed and can hardly wait to get back to Exuma. It's the best place in the world!
