Our stay at Hai Ya was truly special. Khun Ae and Tony were responsive and helpful, and Mr. Lhur went above and beyond—attentive, kind, and full of humor that made us feel right at home. His cooking class was a highlight: we made five Thai and Northern Thai dishes with great techniques and cultural insight (definitely recommended). The home is spotless, peaceful, and full of Chiang Mai charm—thoughtfully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. The kitchen reflects the local culture and made the class even more enjoyable. Breakfasts were fresh, delicious, and tailored to us each morning. They also offer affordable laundry service, which was so convenient. Mr. Lhur and his team were respectful and attentive, always making sure we had what we needed. We loved their local recommendations too—they helped us explore Chiang Mai beyond the tourist spots. This place is full of heart, culture, and care. Highly recommended—thank you for a truly unforgettable stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will certainly choose this house again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

Stayed at Hong's place for 5 nights, super super responsive host that also gave us some great local food recommendations :) A little more mosquitoes this time round bcos of the rainy season, but it wasn't an issue if you stay indoors! Plus the airbnb was well equipped with all kinda of mosquito repellent/swatter/spray etc :")) A great location to stay at, easy to get around with the Bolt/Grab app! Absolutely one of the best stays I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home – like part of a Thai family. The hosts were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and welcoming. The communication was fast, easy, and always warm. The owner would even stop by with fresh fruit or little surprises, making every day feel special. Fon's place is located in the old city, making it easy to explore the Saturday and Sunday markets. Restaurants, bars, and convenience stores like 7-Eleven are just a short 5–10-minute walk away. We absolutely loved the beautifully decorated yard, designed in an elegant Lanna style. All the instructions were clear, and Fon was incredibly friendly and responsive.

Amazing, quiet, place just outside of Chiang Mai. Food is great quality, staff is incredible. Would definitely stay here again!

Forest’s place was lovely! If you are looking for accommodation filled with Indochine chic, this is the place for you!

The little wooden house is wonderful. The Ratana family is very hospitable. We spent three dreamy days in Chiang Mai. There were also two cute little dogs. We picked the mangoes from the tree right outside the door and enjoyed the huge and beautiful courtyard. We will definitely come back and stay for a longer time!

I had a lovely stay at Waris’ place for three weeks. Originally I had booked for four but I had to leave early for personal reasons. I didn’t expect a refund as this was my own decision, but Waris was so kind to waver the electricity fees which I really appreciated, thank you again for that! The condo is really modern and so clean! The only tiny thing I would recommend is having some plates in the kitchen as there was only two bowls. Also maybe a dustpan and brush as to not have to unbox the hoover for quick clean ups :) The amenities were such a nice touch to the condo and absolutely worth the price. The only slight downside is not being very central, so I relied on Grabs to get me in and out of town a lot. If you have your own bike then it would definitely make things a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Waris’ lovely home to other guests, I felt super safe staying there alone due to the excellent security out front and the double locked doors. Thanks again Waris!

There was a family of three with one child for 10 days. One of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. The topper on the sofa bed was a little worn out, but it wasn't very uncomfortable for me to sleep on it. I'm 186 and I slept on the sofa bed. It's close to the entrance of Senpe, but it takes a while to walk to the mart in Senpe. There were a few small ants, but I think it's unavoidable. Due to the structure of the building, it is bound to be vulnerable to soundproofing. The pool is the best. I wonder if it uses seawater. As of January, the water is heated by sunlight from noon (12:00) to about 5 or 6 o'clock, so you can swim. You can't do it for a long time in the early morning and at night. I didn't have to contact the host separately while I was there. I had a very satisfying stay. I want to come again by myself if I can. Oh, and E507 is a view of the construction site in front of the window. It's a little noisy because the construction starts in the morning. I had a really nice stay. Thank you, benmo.

Overall, it was a neat accommodation. However, the ants often appeared, so it was a little stressful. I booked a room with a friend, and it was a little embarrassing to know that the room was changed on the day of check-in, but the host handled it well.

Very well located with Central Festival just beside. Host is responsive, apartment is clean. Kitchen can do some light cooking. We had a great stay

I stayed for a month and felt like home! The place has everything you need, and really quiet and peaceful. Very close to Central Festival Mall which was really convenient. Ying was very friendly, helped with everything and was very responsive to my questions! Even drove me to the bus station at checkout!

Our stay at Annie’s was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spotless, beautifully decorated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. We would definitely recommend her place.

I stayed for a month in the winter, and it's located at the end of the hallway, so you can stay quietly without any noise from the next door. I was very pleased that they handled it immediately on the same day when I requested a repair due to a small problem in the kitchen.

We really enjoyed staying here for over two weeks. The condo is spacious and the facility has incredible amenities, including several huge pools (one has a slide), a fitness center, a music room, and even a Lego room. Walking to restaurants and shops at Central Festival mall was very convenient, as were pickups and deliveries. The hosts were incredibly responsive throughout our stay. We arrived during a smoky season in Chiang Mai. When I asked if an air purifier was available, the host purchased a brand-new purifier and delivered it to us. I am so grateful that we had pure air for our entire stay. All in all, I highly recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Nice clean apartment in a convenient location just outside of the heart of Chiang Mai. I loved the fact that the location was not located in the old city which gave me a chance to explore more of Chiang Mai. Clean, confortable with access to gym, infinity pool, numerous shops on site such as a coffee shop, massages and there is a 7-eleven located perfectly across the road. Would recommend 100%

This apartment is an excellent base for a long term stay on the north side of Chiang Mai. The hosts are actively engaged and responsive to ensure you have a comfortable stay and can find what you need in the neighborhood. Their detailed guide book has extensive directions for using the apartment and for locating cafes, laundry, restaurants, and grocery stores a short walk north at the two nearby malls. The much larger Central Festival Mall has much more — anything and everything you may need — and is a 20 walk (or even shorter taxi ride) from the apartment. The Next 3.2 apartment building is relatively new and is clean, secure, and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishes. Water is reliable and warm as needed. Wifi internet was reliable and fast. The two air conditioner units quickly cooled the unit when I returned in the afternoon. The heavy drapes installed over the windows really help keep the apartment shaded and cool.

The location is very good, the owner is very attentive, prepared with water, drinks, small food, toiletries. Although it's not all I can use, I feel the enthusiasm of the homeowner! The security guard at the gate is very good, very warm, and it feels very safe. But, the house is a bit small. Overall good!
