A new space 100 meters from the public swimming pools for children and adults, and 150 meters from the bathing area of Portinho do Faial da Terra. Discover the existing trails in the parish as well as the Salto do Prego waterfall, the Chapel of Nossa Senhora de Lurdes, the church of Nossa Senhora da Graça, the Pico dos Bodes viewpoint, the village of Sanguinho, as well as the picnic park located by the sea. Country cottage in the northwest of S.Miguel, with views to the ocean, the mountains and the fields. An option for those who want to explore the main attractions of the western part of the island, but wish to stay off the beaten track. PLEASE NOTE THERE`S A CAT living in the cottage (she's an INDOOR/OUTDOOR CAT) and it might not be suitable for those who are allergic or don't like cats. The cottage is relatively secluded in a rural environment with farms, animals and all that comes with it.

It has a very spacious social area, ideal for families and groups of friends, where there is a pool table. Very close to several beaches and the center of Vila Franca do Campo. There are several trails starting near the house. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, with easy access to Ponta Delgada.

Japanese Cedar Villa - Furnas Lake Forest Living

The Japanese Cedar Villa, measuring almost 70m2, has a bedroom, a living room with a dining area, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony. The bedroom can have a king size bed or 2 single beds, just let us know what you prefer. It is equipped with air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi and a television. It is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate a 3rd or 4th person (children or baby) using an extra bed in the living room (without blackout).

The calm of a small parish, the mountains and their trails, the green pastures, the valley and the sea. It is a case to say that its rurality ends at sea. The parish has a supervised bathing area, with a blue flag.
