The place is so nice and malapit sa mga store.

We were a group of 11. With two of the nine beds being queens, it was the perfect size. The house is located in walking distance to a lot of restaurants and clubs in Makati City. Juan was very responsive to messages, and Jenna was very helpful at the house. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Ariane Joy’s place is really what an Airbnb should feel like! It’s not complicated, just like home.. feels like home.. if only there’s a parking space available for a bigger vehicle we would love to stay longer. I know it was not the host fault, I should’ve asked about it beforehand. Otherwise, this is a beautiful home for a family needing a place in the metro. We will surely be back!

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

My 4-night stay at this unit, nestled at the end of Magnolia Place, was truly excellent. Jesse proved to be a wonderful host, consistently responsive through chat whenever I had questions or concerns.

This is our go-to property whenever we want to relax and bring our fur baby along. Jeroed is easy to talk to and highly recommended! The space is also quite spacious, which makes the stay even more comfortable

I had an amazing time. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The wifi is a bit slow at 10mbps but it worked out fine since I stayed alone. Not sure if it’s the same if there are a lot of people. The place is good for walking but not a lot of restaurants near the area. I had to go to SM north edsa to eat out. Nevertheless, I slept like a baby. This is a great place to relax, unwind and reflect about life. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and very neat. The host was also very friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. It was a shame we had to leave early, but we'll definitely consider this our top option if we need a place near QC again. Thank you so much for the warm welcome!

We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

The place is good a lot of food stalls near by. You can easily walk to the mall. The location is good. The place is clean. I can say that the place is secured a lot of security. The employees were kind too.

Right from the start, we're impressed with how complete the amenities were and the host thought of everything— a set of clean towels, toiletries and alcohol, kitchen essentials and more than enough pillows! The place was spotless and very spacious. One of the highlights was the parking which was super close to the lobby. It was so convenient and easy to access. The location couldn't be better. It's a walking distance to a mall where you can buy pretty much anything you need. There's tons of restaurants nearby too. We got so much more than what we expected for the price.
