Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fajardo

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Jose’s home was really spacious and the patio was beautiful out back with great views of lush greenery. Places to walk out back. Sleeping was comfortable for the 10 of us that were there. What a great big TV room upstairs and when you open the shutters it was just beautiful. All in all we found the home very nice and relaxing and the location was convenient to San Juan. Some in our group made the trip to the city a couple of times. It rained off and on during our stay, as it often does in the rainforest, but even that looked beautiful under cover of the patio. The community pool is close by, and is nice and large, but I do have to say that it wasn’t that clean on the day we went. Jose was a very responsive and communicative host from time of booking till we left. We had some questions while we were there and he answered almost instantly every time. Thank you Jose for providing a good place for our family to have time together.

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

Great location with great space. The apartment is huge with private parking and all the amenities needed. I will be back!

Booked for one week and ended up extending our stay an additional week. Great for pets; we brought our three small dogs and they loved the outdoor space. Property is large enough for multiple people without feeling cramped.

Ms. Marta is an excellent host. We (me, hubby & 2 cats), just moved here to Puerto Rico from Pennsylvania. We rented this Airbnb because we wanted to look for a place between here and San Juan. Ms. Marta found out that we were looking for a place to buy/rent in the area and offered us an extended stay to continue looking for a place. (Relieved)! The villa we rented was clean, cozy and private. The linen smelled so good. There is a washer/dryer right on the property for your use. The hospitality was amazing. You want for nothing. When we told Ms. Marta we didn't have any internet service, she immediately responded. She spoke to the owner Mr. Juan, and that same day we had internet service. (Loose cable) Chewy is the awesome grounds keeper. If anything is needed, ask him once, and it's done!! He even brought my husband and I fresh coconut water. Gigantic coconut with a hole drilled on top. Yum. Nature, horses, dogs, singing coqui's and a pool! It felt like home. A must stay!!

This property is stunning, with a beautiful view and lush greenery. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. I was so thrilled to hear and see coquís at night, a special part of the Puerto Rico experience. There are two separate parts of the house so this worked well for our multi-generational family visit. The property is a short drive to El Yunque and several beaches, despite the property being in a more forest setting. Monica was very communicative and helped with lots of information, including restaurant recommendations. There were towels and beach/pool towels which was helpful. There are two cats around but not inside the house. Monica was attentive regarding any concerns or questions we had.

Peppers place was the perfect spot for a getaway we truly enjoyed our stay everything nearby was delicious! So close to the ferry and great beaches. He was super kind met us upon arrival to make sure we were able to get in the gate ok. And was so kind when we requested visits from his sweet puppy who would drop by on occasion for snacks the home was spacious and well kept and it’s for sure a great spot to call home while you’re visiting!

This place was awesome! The location is guard gated and feels very safe and secure. We spend most of our time on the large balcony staring at the boats coming in and out. The property was clean and had everything we needed while we stayed. Including air-conditioner. It has an elevator which is great for people with back problems like me! The location is close to delicious restaurants and is a short drive or boat taxi to beautiful beaches. Tony gave great recommendations and was always responsive when we needed him. I will be back with my family! Tony should be a Super Host with his beautiful property. Highly recommend!

100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for our 1st half of our trip and have to say we loved the location. The views and ocean breezes every night were amazinng. Security was always very friendly and helpful, making us feel very safe the entire time. Would definitely recommend. Although stayiing on the 19th floor is incredible, just be aware the elevators stilllll do not stop at odd #floors.

Carlos was a fantastic host- attentive, highly responsive, had great recommendations (about eateries, danger to avoid, activities to try), flexible with timing, generous, and very well-prepared. The entire island happened to have a power outage for more than 24 hrs while we were there, but he had a back up battery powering the condo so that essentials (fridge, outlets for charging phones, lighting) was still running. We were very shielded from this major event thanks to his preparations. He kindly brought us delicious tropical fruits his family grew and homemade muffins too. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family. The place itself has amazing views, pool access which our kids loved, and is located near beaches, boating excursions, and some excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and had many nice touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (snorkeling gear, laundry hampers, drip coffee maker, and more). Thank you for a terrific vacation.

Safe gated condos with an assigned parking spot that is directly across the street from Seven Sea Beach. Lovely beach, great for kids (good sand and calm waves(in March)), felt very safe. There were beach amenities in the condo (chairs, umbrella, wagon, sand toys and towels) the Condo is lovely, the beds were comfy and the rooms and bathrooms are large. The A/C worked well! Would be perfect for families with up to 4 kids. It is really close to great places to eat, and a fun activities. Easy to get to El Yunque (40 min). Highly recommend one of the night bioluminescent kayak tours to Grand Lagoon, it’s 5 min from the condo and a trip highlight. We would stay again for sure!

Good place to stay if you want to do a lot of exploring in El Yunque or go to outlying islands. Can walk to Luquillo beach and kioskos, but easiest to just drive. Beautiful beach right out front. Surf was rough when we were there but easily able to walk to places where it was calmer. Pool was cleaned every morning.

We had a wonderful visit! Jayanne is a friendly and knowledgeable host. She was easy to reach as she's right upstairs and responsive to phone. The condo was clean with good AC if needed. The pool was stunning and the view was like something out of a postcard. We had plenty of space for a family of 5. I would love to stay here again. Thank you, Jayanne!

This was our 5th time staying on this property, we have stayed at most of his listings. We absolutely love it here! A minute walk to a beautiful private beach, a few minutes from tons of restaurants, the rainforest, its the perfect location! Jesse is incredibly kind, the property beautiful! The pool super clean. We can't wait until our next visit!

Rebecca was so attentive and responsive. The most I liked was the view and was peaceful, heard the sound of the waves, loved it. The apt was dated but overall I loved it and would stay again due to tranquility and peaceful.

This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
