Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Βρισκόμαστε στο δυτικό άκρο της Κρήτης, λίγα μέτρα από την ομώνυμη παραλία των Φαλασάρνων. Παραλία μοναδική, ανάμεσα στις κορυφαίες τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και σε όλη την Ευρώπη. Τα διαμερίσματα διαθέτουν διπλό κρεβάτι ή δύο μονά στο υπνοδωμάτιο και από 2 καναπέδες - κρεβάτια στον ενιαίο χώρο. Διαθέτουν όλες τις ανέσεις.
