Private Cheerful Guesthouse - Room to Relax!

Our guesthouse is an ADU (accessory dwelling unit)—that is, a private, separate structure on our property with one bedroom (Q-size bed), full bathroom, full kitchen, and living/dining area. The small sofa opens to a double bed and the ottoman opens to a cot-sized bed; however, neither is comfortable for adults ;-/ There’s a small porch for sipping lemonade and plenty of parking. There’s a 50” Roku TV, WiFi, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The house is located in a neighborhood in Sheridan, a (very) small logging community in the middle of some great places to hike, go wine tasting and enjoy the Pacific Northwest and the beautiful Willamette Valley. The house is only 20 minutes away from downtown McMinnville and 10 minutes away from Amity. McMinnville and Amity both have great places to eat that are included in our guidebook. We take great pride in our cottage. Everything laundered and cleaned after each guest.
