Lovely villa, 500m to beach, view, newly renovated

Our house is in a unique location for all of Tenerife. As this is the only place with an excellent view to the sea and nice hotels, located within 500m from the beautiful beach and directly in front of the shops center. The area of El Duque is considered the most luxurious on the whole island. Around our residens are located only 5*hotels with SPA centers, which you can visit for 10-20 €. Restaurants, shops, entertainment centers, an endless promenade. Central location, but quiet for a familys.

Charming newly renovated apartment for up to 4 people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people. It has all the basic utensils for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Located in a quiet area, where you will find all the amenities you need within walking distance. Supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, taxi... By car, you are just 10 minutes from El Duque beach and 5 minutes from the spectacular "Barranco del infierno" (Hell's Ravine) trail.

Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.
