Holiday rentals with a patio in Farmington

We had a great stay! Everything was super clean, the hosts are amazing and incredibly responsive and helpful.

We loved Marisa’s place. This is the second time we stay at her condo. Our group consisted of my daughter, her three sons (ages 13, 10 and 7) and myself. We loved the super clean and roomy setup, and the proximity to shops, restaurants and the mountain trails. The two tandem parking spots helped a lot, since we had a very large car and a huge bike rack. My grandkids summed well the experience: “Next year, when we visit Utah, we shall rent the same place. “

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! I would absolutely come back again if given the opportunity. Thank you so much!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

I couldn't have found a better location for my 10 year anniversary. The neighborhood is quiet, and the appartment was very close to all of the places that we had planned to go. The furthest thing away was only 20 minutes, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend staying here.

We were just passing through, only one night, however, we would loved to stay longer. This property is a gem. Our dog's eyes got big when he saw the yard. We slept better than we had in days.

Great home nicely located by Lagoon. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Customer service was excellent. We were struggling to adjust the thermostat lower and they sent maintenance within a few hours to help. Would highly recommend! You guys are great, thank you!

The house and location were perfect for our trip! We were in town to visit our new granddaughter and had some family come along with us so this house was a perfect fit for our group. We used the hot tub and enjoyed it! We also cooked two days and the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the majority of our weekend just hanging out at the house visiting and spending time with each other. Our host was proactive with all communication. We would definitely book again for future visits!

Hidden Gem in Bountiful Utah. BEST Airbnb on our trip! Neighborhood was Safe and quiet! Home was charming with alot of space to spread out after a long car ride! Backyard was AMAZING. Our 2 dogs ran and played endlessly. There were nice outside lights, a fire pit to sit around for roasting marshmallows and such. Lots of shade and privacy and VERY quiet. Bedrooms were all very nice with thoughtful BlackOut curtains! Many hosts forget this but it's SO helpful when Traveling! Kitchen well stocked wIth everything you might need. Michelle even left us some Goodies and bones for the pups. If we ever pass through Utah again, THIS Airbnb will be our place to stay. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful Airbnb. This home was even more beautiful than the photos!! Supper close to historic 25th street and there were recommendations in the house. The decor was beautiful and it was so awesome that we all got our own room and full bathroom for such a great place. Very cozy and stunning, I didn’t want to leave:) We will surely be back!!!

Wonderful! The home was clean and so close to the Lagoon Amusement park for our family vacation. Our stay was for 6 adults and this home worked perfectly with 3 bedrooms and 2 clean bathrooms. I was excited there was a Keurig coffee machine in the uncluttered kitchen and dining area. Thank you Michael for the coffee supplies! This home has easy freeway access and a simple 5 minute drive to several different restaurants and fun stores. We recommend Penny Anne's Cafe, we found it by accident and it was a wonderful place for breakfast. Everyone has different preferences for mattresses so if you like extra support or a firm matress you may want to bring a foam topper for a little extra comfort. Michael was gracious enough to offer up great options for local hikes and worked with us for an early check-in. We really appreciated the flexibility, especially after a 5 hour road trip. The hottub was very relaxing and clean too. The washer and dryer came in handy! We had a great stay!

We found the condominium that we stayed at in Eden, Utah to be exactly as it was described. It was very clean very well organized had everything there that we needed and it was an enjoyable stay. What it made it even more enjoyable was that Thad was so good about communicating and about leaving instructions and everything that he helped us with in the process was very useful. We would definitely stay again if this location.

The location is great and close to many local outdoor adventures. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The space was clean and comfy. The decor is super cute and cozy. It was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and kitchen supplies. The washer and dryer is a plus and it was very quiet.

I was looking for a peaceful place to relax for a couple days and this was a perfect place. it is clean, cute, and close to a couple of nice parks. it had everything I needed and was very comfortable. The host's instructions were easy to follow and the host was great to work with. very goid experience.

Excellent space for our family of 4 - easy to access, comfortable, spacious, clean, beautiful sunny patio (sun shining into condo at 7:30pm was a treat!) Highly recommend.
