True luxury in Faroe Islands. The extra space was great to have with 2 little kids. The home is very well curated with beautiful art. The super automated espresso machine was so nice to have, especially with jet lag! The host is super responsive and helpful. The view and location are amazing as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful and spacious house with a wonderful cosy vibe. Everything is newly renovated and just as described with enough space for a toddler to play as well! We made full use of the sauna and hottub, such a great addition to the house! The town is quaint and everything is in walking distance. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would note though, that the stairs are rather steep, so that might be an issue for some guests. Additionally some rooms feel a little "unfinished" which is not a problem, but it would have been nice to have a cupboard or a place to hang some clothes in the two bigger bedrooms and to have a lamp next to the bed. All these were minor inconveniences though and we all thoroughly enjoyed staying in this wonderful house. Highly recommend!

Amazing Holiday Home in Kvivik, FO

There's plenty of room for the whole group at this spacious and unique place. Lovely house with 4 rooms with double beds. The house has a truly unique view of the Atlantic Ocean and you can see 6 of the Faroe Islands from the house. The location on the main island of Streymoy right between the airport in Vagar and Torshavn. A perfect place to drive out to experience the amazing Faroe Islands. The house has good space with the 120 m2. There are 2 toilets and a bathroom, lovely kitchen and living room with a world-class view. Must experience.....

The house was lovely and presented well as a very authentic home of a famous writer, but tastefully modernised. Good facilities and a lovely view and location. We can definately recommend this place.

We were allowed to live with the family in the beautiful house of Karina on the fjord for almost two weeks. The house is spacious, light, and has a modern kitchen. The sea and mountain views are fantastic! There is a large and beautiful garden to play, and a nice house cat was the highlight for the children. We enjoyed the time very much, our best Airbnb experience so far!
