A very small studio with own entrance on the bottom floor of our house in a quiet area, close to Stockholm city (15 min by subway.) Equipped kitchen The studio is in the basement. My family with childen live in the house, so you might hear us moving around. A 10 min walk to the subway stations Svedmyra, green line19, or Tallkrogen, green line 18. Close by, walking distance, a big and a smaller supermarket, parks, restaurants and walking areas. Own entrance with code lock. No pets. Welcome.

Egen stuga med plats för 1-3 personer. Soffa och liten matplats och litet pentry med mikro, kokplatta och kylskåp. Liten dusch och toalett. Hela stugan är på 15 kvm. Stugan ligger på villatomt med skyddat läge. Parkeringsplats på tomt. Tv-skärm med chromecast. Sängen är 120 cm bred och överslafen är 90 cm. Ca 4 min promenad till busshållplats. Buss till Huddinge C ca 10 min, därefter ca en kvart med pendeltåg till Stockholm. Buss till Södertörns högskola/Karolinska/Flemingsberg 10 min.

Small apartment with own entrance. The room/apartment has a kitchen with a new stove, oven, microwave, fridge etc and its own toilet. The spa with a wooden sauna, bath tub and a shower is mainly for your own use. The laundry and recreation room are shared with us. The apartment is in the basement of our classical villa from 1942 in peaceful area with a big garden and barbeque possibilities. 10 min by car to Södermalm, 15 min to city center with t-bana from Skarpnäck or Skogskyrkogården .

Helt nybyggd lägenhet i villan! Tar emot 2 vuxna, och ett barn. Stort badrum på 10 kvm, med bastu, badkar, dusch, wc och handfat. Rum på ca 20 kvm med en dubbelsäng. Alla lakan och handdukar ingår i priset. En soffgrupp och pentry finns med. Du får en kod till dörren av värden ankomstdagen. Ni kan checka in hur sent ni vill. Även laddbox till elbil finns mot en kostnad per kilowattimme. Den mesta belysningen är dimbar. En uteplats på en veranda under tak är tillgänglig.

Mysigt boende med plats för hela familjen. Lägenheten ligger på översta våningen (3:e) och kommer med allt som behövs. Ljus och luftig 5:a på 109 kvm, fyra sovrum, ett stort kök och inglasad balkong. Nära både till badplats och naturen för löpning och promenad runt sjön. T-bana som enkelt ta er till City. Det finns även ett shopping center bara 5 minuter med fot från lägenheten. Gratis parkeringsplats finns i närheten. Wi-Fi ingår.

Welcome to a newly built tiny cabin with modern comfort in scenic Djurgårdsgrind, just 30 minutes from central Stockholm. Stay next to the forest with direct access to the Sörmland Trail and beautiful hiking paths. Take a dip in the heated pool (May–Sept), enjoy the wood-fired sauna or relax in a sun lounger on your private terrace. Everything is yours alone. A peaceful getaway ideal for couples, small families or friends.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.

Prisvärt boende i lugnt villaområde med närhet till badsjö. Källarlägenhet med egen ingång och gratis parkering på tomten. Lägenheten har en privat entré, inga delade utrymmen inomhus. Passar max 3 vuxna eller max 2 vuxna + 2 barn. Ca 45kvm. Passar er som vill ha möjlighet att laga mat i eget boende och behöver en bas att utgå ifrån när ni ska iväg på äventyr. 3 vuxensängar (90x200cm), 1 barnsäng (70x160cm).
