The apartment was clean,the host was helpful and kind, and the location is wonderful for your trip to Balat! The apartment had what we needed such as hair dryer, washing machine, refrigerator , AC wall units, tea pot, coffee pot for brewing a delicious cup of Turkish coffee which we had the pleasure of enjoying with the host who was a lovely ambassador for the people of Türkiye. There are lovely tea/pastry shops around, fresh juice, small convenience stores as well as some restaurants in the area. Do yourself a favor and ask the host for a little tour of the area. She’ll take you to the best tea shop with the best pastries. I definitely would come back and stay here.

Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this sleek and modern one-bedroom apartment right next to the iconic Galata Tower. The space was beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. It was perfect for a couple – cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities we needed thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to some of Istanbul’s best sights, cafés, and shops within minutes, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night – a real gem in such a lively area. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Istanbul.

Burak is the best person I ever met . He is kind and nice young man. His apartment is just amazing . We loved the view so much . Living room is very big and you will have amazing view from the big glass balcony . I stayed in the duplex apartment . It’s so big and comfortable . The swimming pool is also very clean. If you guys come here Burak didn’t tell us he is a busy man I know that but he has very big market in the lobby floor it’s a nice shop you can find everything . Prices are also very good. But the most beautiful thing is you feel at home because Burak makes you feel that . He is welcoming you like a friend . I’ll come back again ✨

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . our family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights, check in was easy and Fatih was quick with communication, and very helpful with information. The apartment is as described and the photos were accurate. It was very clean and easy to stay in. We had 2 adults in the bedroom and 2 children on the pull out sofa. The washing machine and dishwasher was handy. The pool was fantastic. The location is good with afew eateries and supermarkets close by. Its abit of a trek up a steep hill to get to Taksim / Istikal Street, but you expect that in Turkey. We used the buses and they were easy to access and use. We loved our stay in this beautiful city. Thankyou Fatih!

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

It's really an incredible place in a word. The house was great, much bigger than we expected and all the items are new . TV , internet Everything works smoothly. The bed was so comfortable that I asked Burak where he got it from 😊 Host Burak is a living legend . Whenever I texted, she was responsive in a second and you could always text or call me 24 hours a day. Also Burak has a grocery store on the lobby floor. This grocery store has good prices and everything. This guy is a legend, really thanks to you, Burak, I will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing stay in Istanbul! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and perfectly located. The host was truly the best, super friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond by sharing great local recommendations. Entry was a breeze thanks to clear instructions and helpful pictures. I felt right at home. Nagehan was an excellent host and I would 100% stay here again!

Melis and her mother very kindly waited for us to check in, although we were delayed for an hour at the airport. (Incidentally: if you arrive at Sabiha Gökcen, take the metro to Kadıköy and thence the ferry to Fener, where the landing stage is only a few steps from the apartment: you will start – and, in reverse, end – your Istanbul experience with great views from the Sea of Marmara, the Bosporus and the Golden Horn.). As soon as we entered the apartment, we felt at home: it is as pretty as the fotos suggest, and the view is of course a great boon (we did not use the terrace because of the weather). The only small issue we had was with light: the curtains are nearly transparent, and because the room faces East, the early-morning sun, if there is any, will wake you up. Conversely, there is too little light from the lamps: there is none in the kitchen, and those in the living area are hardly sufficient to read by, let alone knit. But this aside, we found the apartment very pleasant.

The best host ever! Easy communication, easy to deal with. Very, very helpful about anything you might need.. From finding a great local restaurants (not tourist's traps), arranging transportation to the airport that is large enough to accommodate our family to helping get our lost baggage form the airlines. Like we said... He is the best host ever!

An amazing place ! Muhammet's apartment is absolutely amazing : everything was sooo clean, spotless, immaculate. Muhammet is very procative and extremely reactive: he is very available to answer all questions, very clear instructions to get in the flat were sent, he is very accommodating on the hours of arrival and departure - I would like to thank him very much for that. The flat itself is magnificient : everything is brand new, all the furniture, decorations, electrical appliances.. We had a very pleasant stay and will get back with pleasure next year ! Beautiful Ottoman-style house with a magical view of the Golden Horn from breakfast to sunset, in the company of the little black cat ;) the neighborhood is colorful and pleasant to live in... Well served by transport, once the stops are found ;) Merve was very flexible with check-in and check-out times. Thanks to her. We had a great stay for this first time in Istanbul and we recommend this Airbnb! Be in shape, there are 49 steps to the magnificent view of the terrace and a small slope to get to the house.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, the apartment was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped. What really made the experience outstanding was the amazing communication with the host. They responded incredibly fast, were always helpful, and made everything so smooth and easy. The host was very nice and friendly. About the place-good location, near by Taxim metro and easy to get to all Istanbul locations and to/from airport. It’s safe place and like in all metropolitan areas you should expect loud noise from the outside, nightlife, prostitution near by and street life. The city never sleeps so, if you looking for quiet places this is definitely not the one.

Comfortable apartment with great views. Convenient location. Easy walk to the metro, trams and to and from the airport. The local roads are steep and remember those stairs to the 5th floor. With cabin bags it was easy. Nice bakery close by.
