This home had that feel of comfort and ease! Our reservation of 6 was accommodated well and ease of the location in Conway. We weren't far from Little Rock and Petit Jean State Park, which were our highlights of the stay. Our host was very quick and responsive with any concerns or questions. The home had everything we needed from morning coffee to evening games and comfortable beds. I really recommend this home if you are in need of a great place to stay in Arkansas. A beautiful stay in a wonderful town. Flora Cottage was perfect for our young family. Whether unpacking or preparing for the day - the board games, activities, and fenced backyard kept our kiddos entertained. We always find something new when we are in town, but the recommendations from the host certainly helped. The location was perfect where we could grab something quick from the grocer if needed, or dropped in downtown for a bite. Our event was at UCA which was just down the street. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and very responsive host!

We stayed here for Hendrix Graduation. It was right next to campus and we walked to the ceremony. The place was great and obviously perfect for anyone with mobility issues. The bathroom was huge and very nice. Would stay again.

Corbitt is a great host - he was very responsive, friendly and easy to interact with. The place is very nicely decorated and comfortable. We will definitely recommend it to other family members who will be traveling to the area.

We visited Conway for our daughter's graduation and the house was perfect for our family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available and the neighbor was extremely quiet and peaceful. We will look to book again when we visit during graduate school!

Beautiful home! Everything is just like the photos. Awesome kitchen, living & dining areas. Beds super comfortable. Bathroom’s are tiled so pretty. The location is on a more traveled road, but we did not hear any road noise. Everything was spotless clean and the house smelled wonderful. Loved the hardwood floors. Check in and out super easy. We will definitely stay here again. Parking was no problem. We had to make a schedule change and the host took care of right away, with no issues. Very quick to respond and very helpful. We had dinner at Mike’s Place which was close by, and it was excellent. Great prime rib! Highly recommend this home & the prime rib!

Very comfortable stay with close proximity to lots of restaurants and shopping. It was wonderful having a garage, multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed. The fenced in yard makes for easy in caring for pets.

We stayed here to visit family who lived just a short walk away, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen setup was optimal, and the pantry was fully stocked, which made it easy to settle in and cook. TV and other amenities were ready to use, no setup needed. We especially appreciated the welcome box of snacks, beverages, and toiletry supplies—everything was thoughtfully stocked. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. We’d gladly stay again.

It was a first-time vacation with a private pool and private lake for the grandkids. They really enjoyed the activities associated with the water and didn't want to leave.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Even with the lake closed this is a great place/host to stay with. If you’re primarily looking for lake experience you might want to ask host before booking. This host has the best cancellation policy and he will work with you on any adjustments but I didn’t need any on my stay. Highly enjoyed this place and the host experience.

A very friendly host, she always responded to messages. The house is very clean and cozy, you can feel at home I highly recommend this place.

Lovely stay! My child and I truly love it out here. The spot is Perfect. There's hook ups for power, water, and dump drain. Oh also there's WIFI it works every time. We love the Neighborhood, its really nice; you feel safe here and it's peaceful. The view is amazing! I'm still here it's month two. I would definitely book again. Truly a hidden gem. There have been no problems so far. Update after my stay full stay. I don't foresee any problems. Cheryl is very sweet. 🤗

Stayed for one night on the way back home with my 2 dogs. Great design, beautiful area, felt safe and very comfortable place and bed. will stay here again!!

Suitable for group stay. The room is good. But there is always no signal on this road. Everything else is good.

Nice and comfy house. A little worried about the surroundings being secure. I was concerned about leaving my car in the driveway. The house didn’t seem to be cleaned every time someone checks out.

We needed a stop over on a long drive home from San Antonio to KY. The drive and hotel rooms had been tiresome for us. We were able to book with about 5 hrs notice, was clean, comfortable and quiet. The yard and pet friendly welcome was exactly what we hoped for.
