Apartment holiday rentals in Lexington

Claire’s condo was perfect for our weekend stay. We visited the area for a Billy Strings concert at Rupp. Walking distance to Rupp was approximately .6 miles with great bars on the way. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. I recommend this condo. Thank you, Claire

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Me and my friends came for RAILBIRD Festival and had a blast! Awesome Location and Claire was very fast with responding to anything we needed!! We Will be staying again in the future!

Beautiful place in the heart of downtown Lex. Very convenient. The place was nice and clean with lots of amenities. I would definitely book again when I come back!

Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was easy to get into the Airbnb very secure from outsiders . Extremely clean stay and enjoy that there was a washer and dryer available for our use with pods on the side along with small accommodations in the kitchen. If anything I think the water pressure in the shower could have been better but that’s personal preference and they don’t have control over that . Thank you again for hosting us 10 out of 10.

My husband and I headed to Lexington to visit our daughter who is a student at the University of Kentucky. 175 LEX was the perfect spot for us! It is close to the campus and walkable to all of the restaurants and shops downtown. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the washer & dryer was a plus! Claire was communicative and helpful. I realized soon after making our reservation that I had our check out day wrong. I messaged Claire and she got me sorted out within minutes. We visit the area often and will definitely book with Claire again!

We had a wonderful stay at Brooke’s place in Lexington! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The area felt very safe, with secure entry into both the building and the unit itself. Brooke provided clear and helpful directions for check-in, parking, and everything we needed to know. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made us feel even more at home. While we didn’t bring our dogs this time, it’s great to know that Brooke’s place is pet-friendly—we even saw a few friendly pups around the building! It’s often a challenge to find quality places that welcome pets, so we really appreciate having that option for future visits. When we return to Lexington, we’ll definitely be rebooking with Brooke!

The apartment was perfect and so convenient right in town. We hope to stay there again when we are back in Lexington!

Extended my stay day after day…that should say enough. Excellent place.

This is a beautiful, very clean and well decorated place. Quiet too. Brooke attends to the additional delails that lets you know she cares about her visitors. Popcorn left out to microwave, bottles of ginger ale in the refrigerator…. the nice touches. I liked the convenient wall unit for shampoo and body wash in the shower area. Although it isn’t appealing to walk my dogs there, there is a beautiful park down the street that we went to that worked out nicely. One thing to note…. This is a second floor apartment with lots of steps that may be difficult for seniors. Not a criticism, just an fyi. This is one of the nicest air B and B’s that I have had the pleasure of staying at.

I really appreciated how fast Claire was at confirming my booking, and how effective her instructions were. The place had a gorgeous view and was walkable to many bars and restaurants. If I’m ever in Lexington again, I would definitely consider staying here!

Central location for downtown, UK, and Transy. Clean and comfortable stay in a well decorated condo. A number of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed our stay.

John’s condo was gorgeous… beautiful furnishings, very spacious, comfy beds and bedding, plenty of kitchen and bath supplies. Great parking (nice that there were 2 spots for our use), easy access from condo to parking garage. The location could not have been better as we were in Lexington for our son’s UK graduation at Rupp arena. The only negative was the noise from the street but it wasn’t overly bothersome. Would highly recommend!

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

We stayed here for a weekend in Lexington for a music festival. Very walkable which was so helpful. The place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. It is in the city so there were some siren/motorcycle noises - bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this stay to be close to the Red Mile.

Great place to stay in Lexington! Super convenient location - so close to downtown and were able to easily get to Keeneland (purpose of the stay). Ran into a small hiccup when checking in as the code to the door lock didn't work, but David was super responsive and got us in within seconds! Enjoyed the rooftop terrace too. One thing to note, the place has its own parking garage in the building which is very convenient because you get two spots to park in, but the garage is really small so I'd recommend planning to park a sedan/small car in the space. We were very close to not being able to park our truck in the garage due to tight squeeze. Great stay in the city though!
