Cottage holiday rentals in Fayette County

This picturesque fairytale cottage was everything you could think of and then some. My SIL and I spent a much needed girls weekend and we wanted a place that would be a perfect balance of serene, peaceful and things to do - this cute little tree house cottage was the perfect place for us. Starting off, the cottage was even cuter in person than in the pictures, it was meticulously cared for and you couldn’t find a spec of dirt if you tried. You can see the pride Deborah and Ken take in their property from all of the pristine and well kept grounds, to the thoughtful spaces they’ve created to enjoy their perfect utopia. The cottage was beautifully curated with thoughtful and beautiful decor, the beds were very comfortable and Deborah even went to the trouble to leave snacks, croissants, fruit trays, mimosas, and more. This was by far the best Air BNB experience I’ve ever had and I would love to go visit again. Thank you Deborah & Ken for your hospitality!

Me and my grandchildren really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with its pastures, the pond, the swimming pool/hot tub, and the pavilion. The house was very clean, and so cute with its farmhouse and cow decor. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and swinging on the tree swing, and I enjoyed the peace and relaxation after a day of shopping. I look forward to staying there again when we visit Round Top!

Very comfortable place and tucked away with a few other cottages close by. You are definitely near a farm, which I liked, but the cow(s) were not heard inside. They had coffee but maybe some extras would be nice at least during the low season of Roundtop. Love that there were no TVs to be found in the cottage and got great sleep!

We had such a great time staying at this house for our annual round top trip. Will definitely be booking here again!

Love staying here - the scenery is unbeatable with giant old oak trees, the surroundings are peaceful and the wildflowers were gorgeous! The wigwam house is comfortable and has everything you need. Will stay again.

We loved our night away!! It was inviting and peaceful!! Jason and Paloma were accommodating and easy to work with. We arrived and spent the evening relaxing at the pool. We went on a morning walk the next day. The outdoor kitchen/bathroom made being outside even more pleasurable! Highly recommend for a couples stay, a ladies weekend or a sweet family time!

This is a great little Airbnb! Comfortable rooms and bed, convenient to Pine Cove and LaGrange, and the hosts were very generous to leave kolaches and waters for us. Nearby treasures are Jersey Barnyard and Round Top. We’ve already recommended this place to friends!

My family had a wonderful experience here. This place is well-appointed, comfortable, and clean. And the location is great – we had breakfast in Flatonia (Darlin's Diner), lunch in Round Top (Boon & Company), and dinner in Schulenburg (The Garden Co. Cafe), all in the same day! My four-year-old daughter slept well past her usual waking time because she said the bed was so cozy. We kicked a ball around the large field full of wildflowers and explored the antique barn (which was surprisingly broom-swept clean!) a few steps from the house. My two-year-old son enjoyed taking turns mooing back and forth with the cows across the fence. The sunrise from the front porch is an epic experience–songbirds everywhere, two owls hooting back and forth, and a wide-open view across the hills. My family would happily return for another stay.

Doris' home was perfect for our quick weekend trip to Round Top! Very comfortable, clean and quiet! Secluded area was a little tricky to find at first, but it was the perfect spot for our family. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband and I loved Johns place. We felt so at home, it was so roomy and so comfortable from the furniture to the beds. We slept so great, it was very peaceful and close to everything. He had books and I found one to read! It was so nice having two sitting areas. My husband watched tv in one while I read in the other. The back yard was perfect for our little dog to run around and lovely old trees gave a breeze. We will definitely be back.
