We had such a good time at Regina’s place. The location is great close to markets, restaurants bars. The apartment is comfortable and has all you need for a Greta stay. Regina is such a great host and their flexibility with the check out was essential since we were with kids. I highly recommend her place.

Emília is a great host, very friendly and responsive. All instructions that she had given prior to arrival were perfect and i was able to refer back to them throughout my stay. The apartment is clean, well furnished and has everything you need. I stayed for 30 days with three others and we had all the necessities throughout for cooking, cleaning and when we wanted to change towels/sheets there were spares. The area is perfect as it is close too all the essentials and it is close enough to the centre that it is only a short Uber ride away. Great host, great location and great price

Excellent condominium and a very comfortable apartment. all amenities available either at the apartment or the building. self service laundry with washers and dryers available on site as well as a convenience store, cafe, hair and nail salon and more. would definitely book again.

All like in the pictures. Clean, organized and in good condition. Very quiet location. I had no problems in 3 weeks of stay. It is important to note that I was in a car, so I cannot say how much more complicated it would be on foot, since the condominium is relatively far from any commerce and the block is the last of the condominium.

I had a great experience with the accommodation. The on-site mall complex brings a lot of convenience. Access to the building is very efficient, as well as the apartment. The hosts were very attentive, concerned with meeting my needs in the best way possible.

Leila's place is in a great location, on a block that has prime trades for those staying. The place looks very much like the description. I found the bathroom a little tight, but nothing that compromises the days I was there.

It was an amazing stay. A peaceful, clean and well-organized place, the shopping mall's stores complement and enrich the condominium's leisure options. The central square is wonderful and luckily, there was a wine tasting event with live music, which was a very good surprise. With a spectacular view at night, it is certainly a unique experience that makes every minute worthwhile.

The apartment was clean, well organized and met our needs. Our stay was brief and we used the apartment mainly for sleeping, not spending much time inside, but I could see that the kitchen was well equipped, with all the utensils, water filter, everything corresponds to the description. The building has a great location, with a shopping center downstairs and many other places around, such as pharmacies, supermarkets, gyms, restaurants. The host was calm and helpful.
