This cute little first floor efficiency condo is ocean front for a perfect vacation to the beach. It’s an older building but has been partially renovated and updated. You can get to the beach by a very short walk through a private walkway from the condo building. The view from the private balcony is perfect and relaxing. WiFi provided upon check in- xfinity, Netflix, and internet. Indoor and outdoor dining areas and a full kitchen. Closet and dresser for storage use.

Ryan’s spot was an absolute gem! Super clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet enough to relax. We were fortunate during our particular weekend that OC was not very busy in general. There were no other neighbors present in the other units in the buidling which made it very quiet. No other neighbors also meant we had the deck to ourselves. When it was not raining, the deck view of the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach was quick. Anna and Patrick were very accessible, responsive, and kind. It was perfect for our plans and needs.

“Sandy Bourbon” Getaway Short Walk 2 The Beach

This was our first visit to this area and we were pleasantly surprised by Fenwick Island and the adjacent northern part of Ocean City. Monika’s place was very well appointed just as described, with more amenities than we could even use on our short visit. The beds were comfortable, the tech worked, and it was also nice to have a screened porch for morning coffee. We parked to check in and didn’t drive anywhere again until we checked out because we could peacefully walk to anything we needed. This is a perfect low-key getaway with a short walk to the beach, typical beach activities, and a good selection of restaurants and shops.
