All 4 seasons are beautiful here. Pro tip: Wake up early and observe the beautiful sunrise over the ocean. It is totally worth getting up early and will not disappoint.

Brenda and Phil's Place

Your rooms are isolated from the rest of the house on the second floor with a separate entrance that opens to a shared hall and laundry. The bedroom is large with an en suite bathroom and queen. The living room/ bunk room has two single beds, fridge, toaster, microwave. We have a wonderful, wooded location near Maine beaches and the University of New England. We are just minutes from Hills Beach and Fortunes Rocks Beach. Kennebunkport the city of Portland and Old Orchard beach are close.

Includes plenty of closet space, a stocked kitchen, dishwasher, front load washer and dryer, high speed internet, 55" Roku TV, and fenced in backyard area with a private hot tub, large grill, outdoor dining table, fire pit, and loungers to enjoy Maine starry nights!

Short drive to the Ogunquit/ york beaches, outlets at Kittery and near Portsmouth, Dover and Portland restaurant scenes.

It is a walking distance from Grocery store, Cozy breakfast restaurant, and more. Just minutes away from art galleries, coffee shops and bakeries. Enjoy a wooded retreat just minutes from Maine's stunning Fortune's Rocks beach. This newly constructed tiny home welcomes you for a memorable stay near the coast. We strive to offer a thoughtful balance between modern amenities and a natural setting. This space is perfect for two guests, with a maximum of four who are comfortable sharing tiny accommodations. We are pet friendly for an additional fee - one dog maximum per reservation.
