Unser frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit zwei Wohnungen liegt auf 1300 m im malerischen Walserdorf Schmitten mitten in Graubünden: Zu den weltberühmten Skiorten Davos, Lenzerheide und Savognin gelangt man in je 20 Minuten, St-Moritz ist ganzjährig auch mit der Albula-Bahn in 1 Stunde erreichbar. Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Familien geeignet bis total 6 Personen plus 2 Babies/Kleinkinder. Der Ski Bus hält alle 30 Minuten in unmittelbarer Nähe (250M) und bringt Sie bequem bis zur Talstation. Tiefgaragenplatz, Aussenparkplatz, Spühlmaschine und Feuerstelle sind inklusive.

Auf unserer Terrasse steht ein Aussenwhirlpool für 5 Personen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Der Whirlpool befindet sich auf der Terrasse des Hauses, die gemeinsam von euch und uns genutzt wird. Um dorthin zu gelangen, müsst ihr ein paar Aussentreppen steigen. Genießt dort ungestörte Erholung mit herrlichem Ausblick!

This bathing beach slopes gently into the lake, making it ideal for children and for those who want to naturally savor the freshness of the lake waters. The bend is crossed by a promenade that runs along the entire coast of Dervio for several kilometers and can be covered on foot or by bicycle.
