It is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families. Pets also welcome (£20 fee)!

Bluebell is a charming bright ground floor two bedroom flat furnished to a high standard. The flat comes with some home comforts for your stay in the Scottish Highlands. Kimberley House, Findhorn

Luxury retreat in Findhorn. The cottage comprises two double bedrooms on the ground floor, both en-suite, and a large open plan dining/living space and kitchen upstairs. The property is architecturally striking and has been designed and built by a local architect and finished to a very high standard including luxurious linens and toiletries. Retaining much of its original character the property makes an ideal base for a great Scottish holiday and exploring the quiet and unspoilt Moray coast.

Staves Cottage - A newly renovated bespoke space for guests to enjoy all that Moray and the highlands have to offer. Set just minutes away from the beach you can enjoy peaceful walks or venture further afield to explore various attractions. Activities such as Distillery tours, fishing or clay pigeon shooting can be arranged (at additional costs). Self check in is available but hosts are on hand should you require assistance. The Presbytery, Forres

The Presbytery is a private holiday home in central Forres, sitting opposite Grant park, Cluny hill and Sanqhuar woodlands. This traditional house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children, including private garden and off road parking. The house is located five minutes from Findhorn Bay and the beautiful Moray Coast beaches and fifty minutes from the ski resorts of Aviemore and the Lecht. An ideal base to explore Moray, Speyside, Inverness and the Cairngorms.

The Boat Shed

The Boat Shed nestles under a large ancient Monterey Pine at the bottom of our garden in the beautiful village of Findhorn. Less than two minutes from Findhorn Bay and a ten minute walk to the beach on the Moray Firth. Guests have their own access and sole use of the Boat Shed. Just a short walk to local pubs, restaurants, cafes, shop and Marina. Perfect for a short break or holiday. Walk to the bay in under a minute for peaceful and breath-taking views, or a 5 minute walk to the glorious Moray Coastline. The cottage has been refurbished to a very high standard and comes equipped with all you will need to enjoy your stay. Maximum total number of guests is 2 plus one infant.

Waterfront Gem with hot tub by Loch Ness

This unique farmhouse by Loch Ness with spectacular water views, has been recently updated to provide the ultimate escape with direct access to Loch Ness and the beach at Lochend – the very spot where St Columba saw the 'Great Beastie’. It also has its own little lochan in front of the house. Hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, table tennis are just a few of the facilities you will be able to enjoy when you tire of exploring the mysterious expanse of the main Loch.

Osprey Hide

A unique and peaceful get away awaits you at ‘Osprey Hide’. Our converted steading has open views over farmland and woodland that stretch over Findhorn Bay. This is a great spot to watch the Moray Ospreys as they range over the Bay. Outside you will find a private spa tub, patio and BBQ area. We are close to Forres and Findhorn Bay is a short walk / bike ride from the door. There are lovely country walks all around us.
