New contemporary 2 beds terraced house, 15 mnn from the center and the sea. Back garden. Bus stop at 100 meters, 5 mm from train station, bus 31 go to Howth, beautiful fishing village Dublin. House is made by architect and finished in Nov 2012. Downstairs has a boudoir, living room, toilet and a kitchen. Underfloor heating. Internet, phone tv. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with bathroom in suite but toilet downstairs. The road is quiet and neighboorhood is quite mixed, free parking, space front of the house. Shops around the corner if you need extra supplies for cooking. Lidl and Aldi are 5/20mn walking. Sea is at Clontarf 10mn. Fairview park near by 2mn walking. A gym center is situated 5 mn across the park near the train station. the place is unique by its architecture.

My place in Donnycarney is centrally located and is situated in a quiet residential street in a quiet neighbourhood. It is about a fifteen/20 min taxi ride from airport. The city centre is only about a 12 minute bus drive and the bus stop is a mere four/five minutes walk from the house. The home is a small self-contained building in my back garden with its own private entrance giving guests complete privacy to come and go as they wish.

I'm proud to say my home was featured in Bad Sisters Season two (Grace's house) on Apple TV. It's a Coastal haven, sleeps two/ suitable for couple or single guest . Situated on its own beach, fall asleep to the song of the sea waves. Peaceful location, close to Dublin airport ( 20 mins drive) Dublin City centre 30 mins by train from Rush and Lusk station after 10 min bus journey. The bus to Dublin city is 1 hr 15 mins away..
