Holiday rentals with a sauna in Finland

Well located, quiet apartment and peaceful house. Although the bedding and garbage had to be taken away by yourself, nothing to complain about when compared to the prices of nearby hotels. A big plus also for the car's storage space. The apartment was as described, the host responded very well. We'll come back if it's free.

Comfortable compact apartment, about a kilometer from the railway station. A large balcony, a couple of chairs, even blankets to wrap yourself in when the air is colder. Lovely thick towels, very good for use with dishes. Beautiful paintings on the walls. I highly recommend it!

Great place! Easy access to the train station. Lots of small touches to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The hosts were wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

The house is perfect for two people and very quiet and idyllic. The view of the lake was incredibly beautiful! If you are there in the summer, you should definitely bring a sleeping mask, as the blinds do not darken properly. The accommodation was very clean and also had a washing machine. The sauna was a big plus and you looked directly at the lake. The perfect place to relax! The host was very friendly and always responded very quickly. He gave us a lot of information about activities and restaurants nearby and was always available if you had questions. We recommend the place:)

Close to restaurants and train station, the place was wonderful, beautiful and easy to use. Enni was very flexible and helpful as a host, and gave us a homely feeling. Thanks for the wonderful trip!

Clear good check-in instructions. The house was neat and all the necessary items were in the house even for a longer stay. Free Netflix was a nice addition.

Its an amazing place with Very Big size Balcony! The Spa is truly a gem.

We had a wonderful stay at Anssi's apartment. It was very clean and well equipped and we enjoyed using the sauna. Anssi was very helpful with our questions before we arrived and even helped me by checking the apartment when I thought I had left a jumper behind after we left. It turned out that I hadn't left it behind anyway.

One of the best Airbnb stays I've had. Seija left the key to a very convenient R-kiosk location and gave very helpful information about trams to use to get to her place. The location is great: two tram stops just a hop and a skip away and lots of restaurants and a grocery stores in the immediate area. The building and the area were quiet. The sea shore, with a long walking/biking path (that you could take to the market square or beyond) is definitely worth checking out; you can get there in 5 minutes on foot, and there are lots of restaurants, ice cream stands, etc. along the path. The apartment itself is comfy, stylish, and well equipped. The bathroom with its own, spacious sauna is beautiful! I really appreciated the fact that shampoo and other bath essentials were available, as were the basics for cooking. Very handy. I give the apartment and location as well as Seija as a host five stars!

Nice apartment in a good location. The place is easily accessible by car and parking is in the house's parking garage. The apartment is clean, peaceful, and well-equipped. A special plus for clear arrival and departure instructions.

The accommodation was even more beautiful and comfortable than in the pictures! The rooms were personal and beautiful and everything, including the flowers, was ready for us. The accommodation is well equipped, really neat and in an insanely nice place by the sea, but in a sheltered yard. Mari was the perfect host and always responded quickly and super friendly, everything was arranged with her without complications! We bathed in a wonderful seascape, with great steam in the tree sauna. The whole yard and the surroundings were beautiful and well maintained, you could have stayed here for as long as you wanted!

The house was clean, neat, modern, had everything we needed. The sauna was excellent. The grounds beautiful.

Perfect stay for a bigger group. Also allows for multiple cars to be parked, just need to leave enough space for the people living in the house next door. Close enough to the center so Uber was very affordable to use since we did not want to walk at night. The surroundings seem peaceful though.

We fall in love with this house. It has a lot of great moment to offer. You can walk on the frozen lake, playing snow around the house, and even seeing aurora from the house window. Love the surroundings! The amenities are also great. Thank you host for the great house with excellent service.

Time helped, despite the instability. A lot of fun paddling on the beautiful lake in front of the chalet, followed by the traditional Finnish sauna. And a lot of contact with nature.

We were at this place for the second time, and the accommodation was excellent again! The house is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and all the amenities are there. A particularly suitable destination from the point of view of a family with children - and Yläkemijoki is probably the most beautiful environment in the world.

We loved our stay at Jussi‘s place. Everything was very clean, the surroundings peaceful and quite. He even gave us a really good recommendation where to find local food with high quality. When we accidentally locked ourselves out, he responded quickly, kind and very proactive. All in all an extremely pleasant experience and i would love to come back some time in the future!
