Timo's house is located directly on the lake 20 meters from the Ylläs Swing. Cross-country skiing trail starts right in front of the house. Äkäslompolo is a cross-country skiing paradise, for beginners and also ambitious cross-country skiers, excellent preparation of the trails - a paradise! Timo's house offers everything: Location, facilities, sauna, shower, 2 toilets, covered parking, even the wood for the fireplace with a large window is ready, it leaves nothing to be desired. Just great! That's where we'll go again!

Simply loved staying at this place, full 10 experience! The villa and its yard were very beautiful, with direct views of the lake from the big windows. The villa was very well equipped, whenever you were looking for something, it was found. Our days were kept by the songs and passages of different children on the property, as well as two cute sheltti dogs that popped up every now and then to scratch. The villa had modern solutions for even the discerning cottage maker, but also atmospheres, for example, wood sauna and tub. The lot was paid for, and it was heated when we arrived at the cottage. The beach was also good. On the large terrace of the villa, we had breakfast, enjoyed the sun, and also got to yoga! The host was friendly and responded well to our messages. The cottage was easy to find and check-in was effortless. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is truly wonderful, with a direct view of the lake and a large window overlooking it, making the view absolutely stunning. Everything was clean and fully equipped. The host was kind and flexible, allowing us to check out an hour later than scheduled. It also has a spacious balcony with a nice seating area and a barbecue spot. We spent just one day there, but we wished we could have stayed longer. This place truly takes you away from the worries of the world.

Another wonderful stay at Meeri and Paula’s beautiful villa. The location is magical and the villa itself is perfect. We’ve stayed in some fantastic places through Airbnb over the years but this is really something exceptional. Paula and Meeri are great hosts and we were made to feel very much at home. We were very sad to leave and hope to return again soon!

We had a wonderful accommodation with a group of friends and a relaxed Midsummer weekend. The place fully matched the description and the place really had everything you needed and even more. The house was wonderfully clean and we were provided with an electric whisk on request😁. The scenery was incredibly beautiful and the communication was quick and smooth when needed. I would definitely come again, thank you very much once again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was beautiful! We got to see the northern lights from the Jacuzzi on the porch! We will definitely stay here again!

Pia and Matti went above and beyond to make out family feel welcome. The place is really spacious and worked perfectly for our extended family. The house feels like a home immediately as you step in. The uninterrupted lake view, 2 x saunas and a very nice TV room with a woodburner/fireplace make it a great stay in the winter as well. Simply a Five Star place with very nice hosts.

A dream of relaxation - absolutely recommended! We had a fantastic time at this beautiful cottage! The house is extremely tasteful and luxuriously furnished - it really lacks nothing. We were particularly impressed by the high-quality furnishings, the stylish design and the attention to detail. The location is fantastically quiet and perfect for escaping everyday life and relaxing completely. Breakfast on the terrace in the morning, only hearing the birds chirping - wonderful! Communication with the hosts was also straightforward, warm and professional. We felt welcome from the first moment. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house — the views were absolutely magical and serene. The home was cozy, well-equipped, and perfect for a peaceful winter getaway. We loved exploring the snowy surroundings and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Suvi's fantastic chalet Ideally located on the edge of the forest in a quiet, peaceful and enchanting environment, the chalet is spacious and very well decorated. We were able to take advantage of the peaceful setting to work and do lots of activities. Suvi is very responsive and very kindly granted us a late check-out to accommodate us. We'll be back with pleasure!

Aapo's place is great, very cosy, at a walkable distance to supermarkets. he's also kept snow sleds in his backyard which the kids enjoyed using immensely. the property also has 6 bicycles that can be used freely. the house is squeaky clean with comfortable beds and smoke space to accommodate upto 8 guests, though there is one shower only. but the best thing about the accommodation is Aapo himself... he's the best Airbnb host we have ever encountered... he took us around lapland to remote, very beautiful terrains in his cozy campervan and also organised a lovely barbequeue right in the middle of a snowy trek which made the experience very memorable. as we were checking in late in the evening, he even organised some groceries for us which we requested so our next morning was comfortable. all in all, a great house but an even greater host.

I was speechless when I came to Arto's home (bed and breakfast), and I still saw a couple of nights and after getting home. I can't think of a single flaw and the visit exceeded all expectations. The home was incredibly beautiful, tidy, clean, full of aesthetics and absolutely everything you need to relax, a particularly good whole home-wide sound system, air-conditioned bedroom, commodities (lovely breakfast; included quality and essential needs for our own tastes, and for example, towel and “forgetful”needs were overlooked), from the breakfast room, morning slippers and bathrobes to birthday reminders, and lighting up to a pre-loaded sauna nest. I've been skeptical of staying in an inhabited house until now, at least I'm not at this house anymore. Arto was immensely friendly, clearly wanted guests to enjoy themselves, and the same feedback in its entirety to also sign two people who stayed with me separately.

This farmhouse is charming, rustic with a touch of modern, and peaceful. Everything was exactly as described and the property was not difficult to find. You can sit out on the front stoop with a cup of coffee and listen to the sounds of nature, with nothing else bothering you like traffic or other city noises. We liked walking around and looking at all the different flowers and trees on the property; so much to look at! Modern appliances in the kitchen made cooking easy and there were plenty of places to sit and relax. Jan was very responsive to questions. If you're going to the Oulu area, don't pass up an opportunity to stay at a place like this!

The house is perfect, the lake is a dream place for aurora watching, and meeting reindeer ! Ilkka is of great help to organize activities. I would highly recommend this place.

The beginning of June is a peaceful time in Pyhä. Vacationing with the family was extremely easy at Villa's well-equipped cottage. Everything necessary was found in the cottage and the job worked perfectly with communication and arrangements. We were able to be in the area in peace, enjoying the sleepless nights and the beauty of nature. We will definitely come again

The cottage is in a gorgeous location. You'll get what you see in the photos. It is also ideal for travelers with a dog as there is plenty of space and little to no traffic. During our stay, there were regularly three cranes in the "backyard". In short, it is highly recommended for people who love peace, space and nature.

The place is more amazing than we expected, very clean and well-equipped, the pool and bubbles crowned it all. Our visit went perfectly, and before the visit, the business with Tuomas was very smooth. Highly recommended, all in all a great experience.
