Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Fitzroy

Lovely place in a great location. This was our most relaxing trip in Melbourne and Penny's accommodation delivered. Great food spots to explore, easy to travel into the city. We had a lot of fun and Pemmy was always responsive if we had any questions.

What a beautiful place to stay for our girls weekend to Melbourne - easy walking distance to the South Melbourne Markets, & Southbank precincts. The house was beautifully clean - thank you to Charlotte for being a fabulous host.

Loved our stay! The house was super clean, felt really homely, and had great appliances. It’s in an awesome spot—everything was walking distance. There was a brief power issue (seemed like a neighbourhood thing), but Emily responded super fast and was great to deal with. Would definitely stay again!

From the delicious fresh bread and treats to the steam presser fresh ice in the freezer Parking pass for the Grand Prix Transport cards and very comprehensive local knowledge Everything was beautifully set up for us and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Loved our stay! The apartment was very quiet and comfortable. Location superb with a wide choice of quality restaurants, parks and shopping and all walkable. We loved the Hotel Gitan a delicious spot for either lunch or dinner.

The apartment is located in downtown Melbourne, in a very new high rise and was impeccably clean. There is a small IGA a few doors down and some good bars and restaurants close by, as well as only 2 blocks from the Southern Cross station and the river. Although it is relatively sparsely furnished, it has everything that we needed for a short break, and the gym in the building is much better than most hotel gyms. Chris was very responsive and allowed us to leave our luggage because our flight arrived in Melbourne early. Although it didn't impact us because we were out an about for most of the day, there is no TV (but a piano if you are musically inclined) and while the bed was comfortable, it was like a futon on the floor, so it may not be ideal for older people with mobility issues. The price was amazing for such a nice apartment on a high floor in central Melbourne, and I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Perfect location. The place was beautiful and exactly as described. Very comfortable bed. Communication with hosts was quick and friendly and very clear instructions. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future.

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

The flat is in an excellent location and is very comfortable. The flat has good exposure to light and is in a village type suburb with shops close by and a tram stop providing access to the city just down the street. The tram is a bit noisy but you get used to it. Gary is very responsive and helpful. A great place to stay. We will definitely be back if the need arises.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Avila. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated our large group. It had everything we needed to have a relaxing short break. The location is literally a short walk of 5 minutes to the beach. Summer was very easy to deal with and the instructions regarding the premises were clearly outlined in the house manual.

The place is great, very clean and Steve is a great host. Steve is extremey responsive and considerate. The house is very close to nature and we really enjoyed the spa specially our son. The only thing that could be improvide is the kitchen and its preparedness to host guests who plan to cook for exemple having more utensilis.

Beautiful home and setting that is close to near by towns and attractions…will be coming back in the future 😊

We had a wonderful stay at Ria's place. The house is exactly like the photos, beautiful, luminous and well equiped. It has everything you need (even an office!). There were six of us (grandparents and 2 kids) and we had an amazing time. Ria was lovely to interact with and very responsive. We would love to come back! Thank you Ria!!

Loved our stay, so comforting and felt like a million miles away - though really only around the corner from some wonderful stores and cafes. Looking forward to making this a more regular getaway
