Enclosed private beach front garden, two outdoor dining areas, private parking in secure beachfront low level two story development. Elle offre 600m2 sur 2000m2 ,5 chambres en suite(50m2) avec dressings et 3 ont une douche extérieure.Immense salon- salle à manger,cuisine et ilot central,arrière cuisine,espace dinatoire extérieur,buanderie,2 ch ont un accès direct à la piscine. La villa est louée avec une femme de ménage 6 j/7 ainsi que 2 voiturettes de golf (1 neuve pour 6 pers,et 1 pour 4). Au calme absolu,sans aucun vis-à-vis!
