Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Flacq District

We spent 2 beautiful weeks in Khem´s and Chany´s spacious beach villa in Mauritian style. Perfectly located directly on a very calm and clean beach that invites for long beach walks. An amazing view from the balcony. A very friendly host that supported us in organising everything including an adventurous boat trip. We will definitely come back. We can recommend two restaurants close by: the restaurant of the "Attitude Fridays Hotel" 5min walk along the beach and "Chez Tino" 5 min by taxi in Trou d´eau douce for Mauritian specialties and international kitchen. Both are kids friendly.

Très bon séjour ! Vous avez accès aux plages, restaurants et commerces en quelques minutes à pieds seulement. La cuisine et la terrasse sont à partager avec une autre chambre. Hotel très réactif ! Je recommande :)

Laurence és muy atenta y se preocupa porque tengas una buena estancia. Apartamento muy amplio y con todo lo necesario. excelente ubicación al lado del puerto para ir a l'ile aux cerfs.

Joli studio, avec une belle vue depuis la terrasse. Juste à côté du point de départ pour l ile au cerf, et d'une supérette. De bons restaurants à proximité. A 5/10 min en voiture de jolies plages. bon point de chute pour visiter quelques jours l'est de l'île

Die Wohnung von Colette ist sehr groß und perfekt eingerichtet und hat zwei Balkone. Es fehlt an nichts. Man braucht maximal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand. Das Auto selbst kann man im abgesicherten Hof parken. Colette und ihr Mann sind sehr kommunikativ und helfen bei allen Problemen und geben Auskünfte dazu, was sehenswert ist. Flughafentransfer kann ebenfalls über sie organisiert werden. Der Aufenthalt bei Colette ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Ruddy’s place was clean and tidy. The apartment was as described on Airbnb including everything you would need to sustain yourself for a long stay (we stayed 6 weeks). Ruddy was extremely helpful and accommodating, even giving us fruits from the trees in the garden. Upon any issues, he was very responsive. It was easy to get taxis from the road that would take you anywhere in Mauritius. 5min drive to the SuperU, which included a food court with different restaurants, supermarket, gym and cinema. Lots of bugs and geckos but this was not exclusive to the apartment and keeping doors and windows shut helped this. Belle mare beach is a 10min drive away and was one of our favourites to visit. Overall it was a comfortable stay and Ruddy was a great host.

Sonia est une excellente hôte. Elle nous a accueillis avec un dîner. Elle nous a donné de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. L’appartement est superbe et idéalement situé, au bord d'une plage privée bordant un grand lagon. Tout simplement magnifique !

We recently had the pleasure of staying at an Mila's place, Mila was very welcoming and set the tone for an incredible stay. The location was close to local markets and large supermarkets and easy to navigate with a car. The property itself was exactly like the pictures on airbnb with spacious rooms, a fully equipped. Upon arrival, Mila greeted us with a phone call and provided a detailed instructions on how to get into the property. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would highly recommend visiting central flaq if your looking for a authentic time in Mauritius. thank you Mila 😊

I wish I could give a bad review and keep this place for myself, but I can't because this was a perfect Airbnb experience. probably the best yet. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the beach is Paradise and the staff is absolutely fantastic, available and helpful. we will be coming back again and again. I really can't recommend a place more than this one.

Une belle adresse pour découvrir la côte Est de Maurice. La maison est acceuillante et à proximité immédiate d'une jolie plage intimiste. Toutes les commodités à proximité et un coup de main très appréciable de Jacqueline pour le ménage. A réserver sans hésiter

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Nicolas ou règne une atmosphère d authenticité avec un ensemble de meubles en bois. Notre arrivée étant un dimanche, il nous a organisé un repas ainsi que quelques aliments de base pour notre première nuit. Il nous a accueillit chaleureusement et présenté l'ensemble des services de la maison. Celle ci est à quelque pas d'une magnifique plage de sable fin. La piscine avec bouée a été très appréciés jusqu'à tard dans la nuit . Autre service proposé, les repas locaux de Jacqueline, nous recommandons vivement. Ils sont très bons. L équipement de la cuisine est également très complet pour cuisiner Pas d'inconvénient identifié, tout était parfait pour nous(famille avec enfants)

Merci à Yannick pour l'accueil, la disponibilité et la réactivité. Grande maison équipée avec tout ce qui faut et un jardin magnifique! Merci aussi à Martie-Ange et Marceline qui nous ont gâtés pendant tout notre séjour que ce soit avec le ménage, les crêpes le matin et les délicieux plats locaux pour le dîner! A recommander sans aucune hésitation!

Amazing peaceful and quiet location, just a few steps from white sand beach and turquoise lagoon. Well equiped spacious modern house with lovely garden and pool. Maid Leena was very friendly and nice to us. She came every day in the morning not only to do the cleaning, but also helped with breakfast and upon special request she cooked tradional local meals for us. Her butter chicken was just unforgettable.

We had such a nice stay! The place is fully kitted out, you could just come with your suitcase with clothes and settle in. There was so much 'extra provided' that many other AirBnB's don't do (food things, washing powder...). Yashni, Reshma's daughter was the host and is super-friendly and easygoing. If you have smaller children, the kitchen is a little bit tricky as it is all quite low and there are steps to the lounge/dining/office area, so you need to be careful.

we had a great stay in this very nice apartment. feels like home. we have done a lot of cooking , the kitchen has all what you need. everything was good, the bed, the seating area, the terrace with nice view on nature. the area is very quiet and Ashwin mother is very friendly et very helpful. we will surely come back to this place if, hopefully on day, we ever come back to Grand Baie.

Mr.Ahmad the host is very crisp and clear, helpful and a great guide. His hospitality is 10/10 His AirBnB is hardly 5 mins walking distance from Pereybere Beach (North Mauritius) , there is a big supermarket- WINNERS near this beach and also has plenty of food options This AirBnB is very peaceful and has lot of empty space once u enter the main gate

Ein schönes und großes Studio mit einer tollen Terrasse. Sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen. Der Strand und Restaurants sind fußläufig in ca. 10 min zu erreichen, wenn man zu anderen Stränden fahren möchte empfielt sich ein Motorroller oder Auto. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Es gibt ausreichend heißes Wasser, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Räume sind mit Vorhängen zu verdunkeln. Das Bett ist bequem, die AC kühlt gt ab, wenngleich sie auch etwas lauter ist. Hier können Ohrstöpsel Abhilfe schaffen. Aufgeteilt ist alles wie auf den Bildern ersichtlich: Ein Badezimmer, eine Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit, ein Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und Esstisch.

Der Aufenthalt war superschön in der sehr komfortablen Wohnung 😉 es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Kontakt wenn man was benötigt war schnell und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt 😍

Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans ce logement car nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience avec un logement situé sur Trou d’eau douce et nous n’avons pas du tout été déçu d’avoir choisi ce logement en résidence avec piscine. Très calme, appartement de haut standing, tout était impeccable à notre arrivée le linge de bain sentait extrêmement bon. Karine la femme de ménage est adorable. Et Deborah qui est chargée de la gestion est vraiment au top, souriante, agréable et professionnelle. Elle nous a permis de venir plus tôt car il n’y avait personne dans le logement avant. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir permis de passer de belles fin de vacances.

Damien et Fred sont accueillants toujours disponibles. Mon avion avait du retard je suis arrivée à 3 heures du matin je craignais être devant la porte, mais Fred était là pour m’ouvrir le logement, merci beaucoup ! Bon séjour à refaire !
