Holiday rentals with breakfast in Flagler County

Where to even begin? This was probably the best Airbnb experience I've ever had. Chef went above and beyond to accommodate me in ways no other person would be willing to do. He's a kind soul, and the conversation was excellent. I felt entirely safe as a solo female traveler. The home was cozy, and full of life! You can tell he puts effort and pride into his home. I slept very well on the comfy mattress. I also met some awesome other people who were staying there. He even made breakfast in the morning and cocktails at night. Can't wait to come back next year!

Very spacious and comfortable. impeccable grounds and pool. kitchen had every pan, pot utensils you could possibly want or need. stocked with all toiletries and plenty of towels . High end appliances,granite countertop. Top end home. shopping not far from property. Intercoastal waterway at your finger tips with access to bring your own boat. We saw abundant of wild life. Squirrels,deer in neighborhood, grey heron. Fantastic home.

I unknowingly booked without reading the info about the property regarding the homeowners being on the property. Once my party found out, needless to say I caught some backlash. Let me be crystal clear, as long as you are a respectful mature group, you will have no issues. They were there if necessary, were not in our way or a pain. They have 3 cute dogs and are two of the nicest people we’ve ever encountered during our years traveling. 10/10 would recommend 10/10 would stay again

I would give our experience 10 stars if I could! We've stayed at countless airbnbs, the hospitality and home are the absolute best! They were super flexible and went way out of their way to make us feel welcome! Always having water, goodies, and a pool/hot tub available were a huge plus as we stayed during a music festival. We can't thank you enough for all you have done!

Home away from home, host were incredibly friendly and helped us with local recommendation about fireworks that we were trying to see, very nice place to stay

This was my husband's and I first stay at an air bnb and we were NOT disappointed! The home was absolutely beautiful! We truly enjoyed ourselves! Every amenity was available! I was elated to see a vitamix for our smoothies. Everything I thought to bring but forgot, this place had ( just missing a airfryer lol!) We plan to visit again in the near future! I would HIGHLY recommend this home! Alina was wonderful as well!

Joel and Kathy were the most accommodating and helpful hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with at an air bnb. The environment was incredibly homey, we made friends for life in all the other guests that stayed this weekend as well, I made cupcakes for two of the guests that were staying and Kathy bought us eggs for me to use and answered every question I had instantly. There was a fresh pot of coffee every morning when I woke up and everyone would take turns making more if we needed it. The breakfast bar was fantastic not many people would do that for their guests. We will ABSOLUTELY be staying with Joel and Kathy again when we come to visit. The amenities like the pool and hot were also a huge bonus after walking around all day at the festival we attended. And the massage chairs are top notch! I’m definitely going to miss the puppies! Diamond, cooper, and James, will always have a place in my heart! Overall amazing god fearing power couple! Joel and Kathy are amazing hosts!!

What can I say about this stay except…. Aaahhhh Bliss! So relaxing and comfortable. Joel & Kathy made us feel at home right from the jump. They didn’t hover or make us feel like visitors. We felt like welcomed friends! So accommodating from milk in the fridge to 6 cereal options for breakfast to allowing late night swimming as long as we were respectful of the noise level for the other guests. It was a great stay and Lordy… that massage chair!! Heavenly!! Will definitely book again next time I’m in the area.

Wonderful couple and wonderful stay. Clean, informative and family friendly. My kiddos loved the dogs and pool and I love the hut tub. I’ll definitely be back.

Joel and Kathy were great hosts! We needed a last minute place to stay with my husband and our 2 kids (both under 2) and they provided a pack & play, and even an area with kids toys for them to play. We had access to the pool and fridge whenever - and plenty of things for the kids to play with such as balls for the pool and life jackets. They were super responsive at all times and were so kind the few times we saw them! Will definitely be back in the future 😊

Beds were extremely comfy and provided for all our needs. The breakfast and coffee was a wonderful touch in the morning. Beautiful quiet safe neighborhood was great for morning walks with the dog. Extremely reasonable price, would definitely come back to stay with Joel and Kathy!!

A convenient location of a home with a pool & hot tub for the family to relax & enjoy. Spent a 3 day long weekend with lots of family bonding. Close to stores, restaurants & the beach. Kathy & Joel are friendly spiritual hosts. Thanks again for everything.

We had an amazing time staying at Joel & Kathy's home! The house was super cozy, clean, and really comfortable. Everything went smooth and we felt like staying at one of our family homes. This was the first time at an Airbnb shared place we've had! Everything was perfect, from check-in to check-out. Joel & Kathy welcomed us politely with all the tips on the routine of the house, and they were always available for any questions we might have. Our private room was spotless, and very comfortable.
