There is underfloor heating and balanced ventilation in all rooms. Parking space for a passenger car is included on the plot. Granåsen ski resort is 5 min by car or about 20 min walk away. To the center of Trondheim it takes about 17 min by bus/car/tram. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the apartment and the tram stop is 6 minutes walk from us.

Here is a kitchen with a fridge, micro, kettle, it’s possible to make cofee/tea. Very close to the old town "Bakklandet" - nice to walk around the area. A lot of nice places to have a drink and dinner.Also very close to the Cathedral. You will love my place because of the location. The flat is nice for couples, friends and business.
