The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

READ BEFORE ANYTHING: if you don't like cats, this place is not for you ;) Indeed, you will be accompanied by the sweetest and most cuddly of cats: Negroni, he is totally independent (he has his cat flap and his kibble dispenser, you will just have to give him water) Relax in this large, quiet and elegant duplex in a beautiful area of Brussels, close to everything. This apartment is very bright and was renovated in December 2021. It is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator.
