From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level down are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

In the 2700m2 backyard of our farmhouse are two detached tiny houses with a large private garden and private entrance with lots of privacy. The cottage is within walking distance of the historic city of Medemblik and close to Hoorn and Enkhuizen. Amsterdam is 45 minutes away. Various possibilities for water sports. Beach, ports, shops etc. reachable within 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot.

Het is ons eigen huisje, dus er zijn privéspullen..... maar...... het is heerlijk klaar voor jou / jullie... en ontvangt jullie graag! Je zult ons lieve blauwe huisje, rustige weelderige tuin en het heerlijke uitgestrekte water aan de dijk, met strandjes vlakbij... heel fijn vinden.... en vergeet de havenstadjes Enkhuizen, Hoorn en Medemblik niet!

On one side is the Veluwemeer with private beach, on the other is the vast Veluwe landscape with heathlands and lush forests where you can cycle and walk infinitely.

Our house is a nice little cozy home and is right in the middle of the historic part of town near the beach and sea which means everything is in walking distance, shops , restaurants, pubs, a bakery and the Port. A visit to the lighthouse, the museum, the monuments and the IJsselmeer fish market are highly recommended.. Our house can accommodate two people, couples, solo adventurers, cyclists or business travelers.
