The charming attic apartment on the 2nd floor (no elevator) is located in the beautiful area of Obersaxen Mundaun and invites you to hike and bike in summer and ski in winter. One bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed for one child each, kitchen and bathroom with shower/bathtub. The balcony connects the two upper penthouses and is separated by a partition wall. Relax on the balcony overlooking the Piz Mundaun.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.

Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected patio and garden. Sunny, quiet location. Private entrance, sauna in the annex. Ski bus can be reached in three minutes.
