We stayed for a month in this apartment. Everything was great, a clean apartment, equipped with what you need, the area is great. Communication with the owners was very good, prompt and clear response. I really enjoyed staying here and I really felt “like home”. I will definitely come back here if I come back to Cluj.

I liked the apartment. It is well-equipped and has a balcony. The bed is comfortable (and not too soft) and the bathroom provides everything one needs. (Storage surface is always an issue, from my point of view, but this is the same everywhere (;). Generally, the furniture and equipment seem to be quite new. The Wifi connection is.... ok. (If you need broader bandwidth, you should probably double-check.) The neighbourhood is quiet and one can walk to the city centre in 20-30 minutes. Of course, Uber and Bolt are also never too far away. (During my short stay I didn't try the other means of public transport). I enjoyed my stay.

We recently attended a congress at a nearby hotel, and this location was absolutely ideal for us! It offered the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. We would definitely choose to stay here again. There’s a small supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, a charming bakery down the street, and public transport is easily accessible. Plus, the free underground parking was a fantastic bonus—safe and secure! Overall, a wonderful experience!

I recently stayed at Marian’s place and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. The Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly communication from Marian. I would definitely stay here again in the future. Highly recommend Marian!!

I enjoyed my staying at this place, the place was amazing, clean , spotless, fully equipped with all my needs, upgraded, and wonderful! The heat in the city was high but the most appreciated thing was a cool air conditioning room in the facility which definitely worth a plus 10 !! The host Alex , was friendly, helpful, always responded to my needs and questions, I really appreciated his friendliness . I will absolutely looking forward my next trip to book this apartment! 5 Stars. Excellent view, comfy beds, easy to use public transportation. Our family of 4 stayed one week in Cluj-Napoca and were very happy with the apartment. There are plenty of services in the neighborhood (groceries very near by). It was nice to have a dishwasher and we appreciated the welcome wine. The WiFi worked well. The street-side bedrooms have traffic noise, the adults needed earplugs (the kids sleep through everything). Finding the correct staircase took a little time when we first arrived, it is in the parking lot behind the Carrefour Express... but once we knew where to go everything was very convenient. Overall a great stay and we'd stay again if and when we visit Cluj-Napoca again! Thanks for a great stay.

If this place is available, TAKE IT. It's just about as rare a find as you can hope to come across. The space is perfect, and every needed amenity (public transit; grocery; pharmacy; coffee) are less than a minute away. The space is tastefully furnished, the ceiling is ages above you, and the entire space, while very comfortable, also has a very historic feel to it. It's very well maintained as well. For those of us out there who try to find more unique places to stay... you generally have to choose between "unique" and "comfortable." This was a rare exception, where everything met the most modern of needs. The host is, by far, one of the most responsive, considerate, and friendly. It's nice being able to have a conversation now and then on the stairwell about motorcycles, local student life, or why the weather went from 0c to 27c over a day. And for those of us who don't speak a word of Romanian, he is a great help.

We had an excellent experience! The place was very clean, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The host was extremely friendly and attentive to details, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be coming back!
